# Playblock Overview

### **What PlayBlock Is**

PlayBlock is a high-performance Layer 3 Rollup-as-a-Service (RaaS) chain built on the Arbitrum technology stack and using AnyTrust for ultra-low-cost data availability.\
It is fully EVM-compatible and purpose-built for real-time Web3 gaming and high-frequency settlement operations.

As a Layer 3, PlayBlock sits on top of Arbitrum’s proven L2 infrastructure, allowing it to inherit security while achieving:

* Predictable execution
* Extremely low fees
* Flexible configuration
* Isolation from external congestion

PlayBlock acts as the core settlement layer for the entire Playnance ecosystem — ensuring every game action, transaction, payout, and treasury operation is verifiable, consistent, and blockchain-secured.

***

### **Why PlayBlock Exists**

Traditional L1/L2 chains are not optimized for high-frequency gaming workloads. They introduce:

* Variable block times
* Congestion from unrelated traffic
* Expensive gas fees
* Non-deterministic settlement
* Slow finality

Games — especially real-time predictions, casino mechanics, and micro-transactions — require predictable performance.

PlayBlock was created as a purpose-built chain for gaming settlement, delivering:

* Stable and fast block times
* Deterministic execution
* Gasless transactions
* Separation from external congestion
* Guaranteed throughput during peak load

This gives Playnance full operational control over its own execution environment, enabling products to scale reliably.

### **Key Properties**

#### **Speed**

PlayBlock is designed around rapid block production, allowing games to commit outcomes and balances with minimal delay. This ensures smooth gameplay, fast refresh cycles, and frictionless user experience. The average block time on PlayBlock is \~0.2 Sec.

#### **Determinism**

Blocks execute with consistent timing and predictable gas behavior.\
This determinism is critical for:

* Synchronized game rounds
* Time-based mechanics
* Automated liquidity operations
* Fair settlement across multiple wallets

#### **Scalability**

As a Layer-3 built on Arbitrum AnyTrust, PlayBlock benefits from:

* Off-chain data availability
* Extremely low operating costs
* Horizontal scalability for micro-transactions
* Ability to run thousands of transactions per second

This makes it ideal for complex gaming ecosystems, tournaments, leaderboards, and high-frequency operations.

### **How It Powers All Playnance Products**

Every product released under Playnance runs on PlayBlock:

* **PlayW3** (casino, arcade, prediction)
* **Playquack** (casino + arcade games)
* **Predictions Engine** (sports & market predictions)
* **GCoin Token**
* **Game Controllers & Executors**
* **Affiliate systems**
* **Payment systems**
* **Event streaming & on-chain analytics**

PlayBlock acts as the universal ledger for all platforms.\
Balances, game states, payouts, and system logic are shared across every product, creating a unified ecosystem.

### **High-Level Structure**

<figure><img src="/files/sOYkUGTvmuehzVmMiATM" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### **One State for All Platforms**

PlayBlock maintains a single global state shared by every Playnance environment — mobile, web, desktop, and backend services.

This means:

* A player’s wallet state is identical across all apps
* Game outcomes propagate instantly
* No separate balance systems
* No cross-chain sync issues
* All products rely on the same canonical source of truth

This unified state eliminates fragmentation and allows rapid scaling of new games or features without creating separate side ledgers.

# Web3 Core Services

Behind every reliable on-chain experience sits a deep, disciplined layer of core services that turns blockchain primitives into something users, partners, and operators can actually rely on.

At [PlayBlock](https://explorer.playblock.io/), Web3 core services are treated as first-class infrastructure, engineered, monitored, and scaled with the same rigor as traditional financial systems.

This document expands on the Web3 core services layer, going beyond definitions into how it behaves, how it fails, and how it scales.

### The Role of Core Services in Web3 Systems

A useful mental model:

* **Smart contracts** define *truth*
* **Core services** define *motion*
* **Applications** define *experience*

Smart contracts alone are static.\
Core services are what make systems *live*.

They handle:

* Time (queues, retries, ordering)
* Scale (bursts, spikes, parallelism)
* Uncertainty (network delays, partial failures)
* Translation (users ↔ wallets ↔ contracts ↔ partners)

Without this layer, Web3 systems collapse under real-world conditions.

### Extended Core Service Architecture

#### 1. Execution Control & Transaction Lifecycle

Transactions are not just “sent”.

They have a **lifecycle**:

1. Accepted
2. Validated
3. Scheduled
4. Signed
5. Broadcast
6. Observed
7. Finalized
8. Indexed
9. Verified

**Core services own this lifecycle end-to-end.**

Additional responsibilities:

* Gas strategy (cached fee data, priority tuning)
* Executor health checks
* Parallel execution limits per wallet
* Safe retry without double spend
* Separation of *submission* from *finality*

#### 2. Deterministic Settlement Layer

Settlement must remain boring.

**Responsibilities**

* Match off-chain intent with on-chain result
* Enforce idempotency keys
* Handle partial success (bet without win, win without bet)
* Reconcile rollbacks and reversals
* Guarantee balance correctness

#### 3. Event-Driven State Reconstruction

Instead of trusting mutable databases, core services reconstruct reality from events.

**Approach**

* Smart contract events are canonical
* Services rebuild:
  * balances
  * game states
  * payouts
  * rewards
* Databases store *derived state*, not truth

**Benefits**

* Auditable history
* Deterministic replays
* Safe recovery after crashes
* Reorg tolerance

#### 4. Multi-Chain & Multi-Contract Coordination

Modern Web3 platforms rarely use one contract.

**Core services handle**

* Multiple smart contracts per product
* Contract versioning
* ABI discovery and validation
* Cross-contract workflows
* Upgrade-safe routing

**Why this matters**

* Contracts evolve
* Products don’t stop
* Services absorb complexity so users don’t notice

#### 5. Security Enforcement Layer

**Responsibilities**

* Signature validation
* Replay protection
* Partner request authentication
* Rate limiting per identity
* Whitelisting executor wallets
* Separation of hot, warm, and cold keys

#### 6. Fault Isolation & Blast Radius Control

Failures will happen.

Core services are designed so that:

* One stalled executor doesn’t block the system
* One slow partner doesn’t halt execution
* One broken WebSocket doesn’t lose data

**Techniques**

* Per-domain queues
* Circuit breakers
* Locking with timeouts
* Watchdogs and health probes
* Graceful degradation modes

#### 7. High-Throughput Scaling Strategy

Web3 traffic is bursty by nature.

**Scaling patterns**

* Horizontal workers
* Sharded queues
* Executor pools
* Read-heavy caching
* Write batching for analytics

#### 8. Observability as a First-Class Feature

In Web3, silence is dangerous.

**Core services expose**

* Per-transaction logs
* Latency histograms
* Queue depth metrics
* Finality delays
* Chain vs database divergence

This allows:

* Early anomaly detection
* Partner dispute resolution
* Regulatory and audit readiness

#### 9. Product Enablement Layer

Core services don’t just protect systems — they **enable products**.

They make possible:

* Instant rewards
* Real-time game updates
* Live balance refresh
* Cross-product wallets
* Partner white-label portals

All without pushing complexity to the frontend or contracts.

### Common Failure Modes (and How Core Services Handle Them)

| Failure            | Mitigation                  |
| ------------------ | --------------------------- |
| RPC outage         | Multi-endpoint fallback     |
| WebSocket stall    | Watchdog + forced reconnect |
| Duplicate requests | Idempotency keys            |
| Gas spikes | Cached fee strategy |
| Partial execution  | Transaction correlation     |
| Service restart    | Snapshot & resume           |
| Chain reorg        | Event revalidation          |

This is where most Web3 systems break — unless core services are designed upfront.

### How This Differs from Traditional Backend Services

| Traditional Backend   | Web3 Core Services   |
| --------------------- | -------------------- |
| Database = truth      | Blockchain = truth   |
| Immediate consistency | Eventual finality    |
| Retry is cheap | Retry is dangerous |
| Writes are reversible | Writes are immutable |
| Auth = identity       | Auth = signature     |

Strong core services:

* Reduce smart contract complexity
* Enable faster product iteration
* Protect user funds
* Allow partners to scale safely
* Turn blockchain into infrastructure, not a bottleneck

Weak core services:

* Create invisible technical debt
* Cause silent fund mismatches
* Break under success, not failure

At PlayBlock, Web3 core services are the spine of the platform - invisible to users, indispensable to everything else.

# Defi Settlement engine

#### What the DeFi Settlement Engine Is

The DeFi Settlement Engine is the on-chain core of PlayBlock.\
It is responsible for finalizing every economic action across the Playnance ecosystem—bets, wins, refunds, fees, jackpots, rewards, and treasury movements.

Instead of relying on off-chain ledgers or delayed reconciliation, PlayBlock settles everything deterministically on-chain, in real time, using a unified execution and accounting layer.

This makes PlayBlock a true settlement chain, not just a game interaction layer.

Traditional gaming and Web3 platforms struggle with:

* Fragmented balances across products
* Off-chain accounting mismatches
* Slow or manual reconciliation
* Trust assumptions between operators, wallets, and analytics systems

The DeFi Settlement Engine solves this by ensuring:

* Every balance change is final and provable
* All products share one settlement truth
* No shadow accounting across platforms
* Instant auditability for partners and regulators

#### Core Responsibilities

The DeFi Settlement Engine handles:

* **Atomic settlement**
  * Bets and wins are executed as indivisible on-chain actions
  * No partial state, no race conditions
* **Unified balance accounting**
  * One balance per user, usable across all products
  * No per-game or per-platform wallets
* **Deterministic execution**
  * Same input → same output
  * Predictable gas usage and timing
* **Fee, rake, and jackpot distribution**
  * Automatically enforced by smart contracts
  * No manual intervention or off-chain scripts
* **Treasury & liquidity flows**
  * Controlled payouts
  * Whitelisted executors
  * Programmatic fund movement

#### How It Works (High Level)

1. **User action**
   * Bet, spin, prediction, or reward trigger
2. **Product logic**
   * Casino, Arcade, Predictions Engine, etc.
3. **Game Controller**
   * Validates rules, timing, limits
4. **Settlement Execution**
   * Smart contracts apply balance changes
   * Fees and payouts enforced atomically
5. **Single Shared State**
   * Updated on chain balances immediately visible everywhere
6. **Event Emission**
   * Real-time analytics & indexing
   * Zero reconciliation lag

#### Gasless by Design

All settlements are gasless for users.

* Transactions are executed by whitelisted executors (fast and secure)
* Fees are abstracted away from players
* UX feels Web2-fast, while remaining fully on-chain

This enables:

* Mass-market onboarding
* High-frequency gaming
* Micropayments without friction

#### One State for All Products

The DeFi Settlement Engine ensures:

* A bet in PlayW3 affects the same balance used in PlayQuack
* Rewards from Predictions are instantly usable in Casino
* Affiliate payouts, bonuses, and jackpots all settle into the same ledger

There is no concept of “moving funds between platforms”— The "Real" balance is on chain balance on PlayBlock.

#### Why This Matters

For users:

* Instant balance updates
* Transparent and fair outcomes
* No hidden accounting

For operators & partners:

* Zero reconciliation overhead
* Deterministic revenue tracking
* Auditable on-chain settlement

For the ecosystem:

* Scales horizontally across products
* Enables new financial primitives
* Acts as the backbone of PlayBlock’s economy

# AI Infrastructure

## AI Infrastructure

AI is a first-class infrastructure component inside PlayBlock.\
We do not treat AI as a standalone feature or a UI enhancement — it is embedded directly into game logic, content pipelines, discovery systems, and operational tooling.

AI is part of the system architecture, not an add-on.

Our AI layer is designed to be:

* Deterministic where needed — games, settlement, rankings
* Exploratory where valuable — trends, content, discovery
* Composable across products — casino, predictions, analytics

At the core, we integrate with OpenAI, wrapped with our own orchestration, caching, validation, and control layers to ensure reliability, predictability, and consistency at scale.

### AI in Prediction Games

AI plays a supporting but critical role in the Predictions Engine, particularly for pre-game intelligence and context enrichment.

AI never replaces deterministic odds, settlement, or payout logic.\
Instead, it augments human-defined rules and on-chain execution with real-time intelligence.

### Trend Detection & Market Signals

AI is used to:

* Analyze recent market narratives\
  *(crypto, meme coins, sports sentiment)*
* Identify emerging trends before they become saturated
* Provide contextual signals that help decide:
  * Which markets to open
  * How prediction games should be grouped or surfaced
  * When a market has lost relevance

These signals improve market relevance and timing, while all value transfer remains strictly deterministic and on-chain.

### Meme Coin & Trend Discovery

One of the most visible AI use-cases is trend discovery, especially in fast-moving crypto ecosystems.

AI is used to:

* Scan and summarize emerging meme coins
* Detect narrative momentum *(not just price action)*
* Classify trends by lifecycle stage:
  * Early
  * Hype
  * Decay

This enables PlayBlock to:

* Launch relevant prediction markets earlier
* Avoid stale or already-exhausted narratives
* Maintain a fresh, culturally aligned game catalog

**Decision flow remains explicit:**

AI suggests → humans and systems decide → smart contracts execute

### AI-Generated Game Content & Summaries

AI is deeply integrated into our content generation pipeline, producing structured, consistent outputs at scale.

#### What AI Generates

* Game descriptions
* Prediction summaries
* Round result explanations
* Post-game insights *(what changed, why a result happened)*

#### Why This Matters

* Reduces manual editorial overhead
* Keeps descriptions consistent across platforms
* Enables multi-language expansion
* Allows rapid onboarding of new games and markets

All AI-generated content passes through:

* Schema validation
* Length and tone normalization
* Product-specific formatting rules

This ensures AI output remains predictable, safe, and production-ready.

### AI in Game Discovery & Personalization

AI contributes directly to how users discover games, but it never operates in isolation.

We combine:

* User interaction data *(bets, skips, favorites, comments)*
* Category preferences
* Historical engagement
* AI-based semantic understanding of games

This hybrid model allows:

* Smarter game ranking
* Better cold-start recommendations
* Continuous adaptation without hard-coding logic

AI helps understand intent, while deterministic logic ensures fairness, stability, and auditability.

### AI-Driven Game Ordering & Feeds

AI plays a central role in how games are ordered, ranked, and surfaced across PlayBlock products — especially in PlayQuack and casino-style feeds.

Game discovery is dynamic, adaptive, and personalized, not static or manually curated.

### Casino Game Ordering by AI Popularity

Casino games are continuously ranked using an AI-assisted popularity model.

The model evaluates:

* Recent play volume
* Engagement velocity *(how fast interest grows or declines)*
* Cross-platform activity
* Contextual relevance *(time, trends, events)*

AI normalizes these signals into a real-time popularity score, enabling the system to:

* Surface trending games earlier
* De-prioritize stale or declining content
* Keep the lobby fresh without manual intervention

Final ordering remains deterministic and auditable — AI provides signals, not opaque decisions.

### PlayQuack: Personalized Game Feed

PlayQuack uses a more advanced AI-driven approach focused on individual player behavior.

#### User Activity Signals

The personalized feed is built from:

* Games played
* Games skipped
* Bet frequency and intensity
* Session length
* Category affinity
* Recency and sequence of actions

These signals are continuously fed into an AI layer that models player intent and taste, not just historical popularity.

### Predicting “What the User Will Play Next”

AI is used to predict which game a specific user is most likely to engage with next.

Predictions are based on:

* Behavioral patterns across sessions
* Similarity to other players with overlapping behavior
* Semantic understanding of game attributes
* Short-term context *(current session vs long-term preferences)*

The result is a ranked feed per user, where:

* Familiar favorites are balanced with discovery
* Over-repetition is actively avoided
* New games are injected intelligently, not randomly

AI improves relevance; system rules enforce diversity and fairness.

### Hybrid Intelligence Model

PlayBlock deliberately uses a hybrid intelligence approach:

* **AI** → understands patterns, intent, similarity, momentum
* **Rules & constraints** → enforce limits, diversity, safety
* **Deterministic logic** → guarantees predictable outcomes

This prevents:

* Black-box behavior
* Runaway feedback loops
* Single-signal dominance

The system adapts — without losing control.

### Operational AI & Tooling

AI is also used internally to reduce operational overhead:

* Generating operator dashboard summaries
* Producing incident explanations from logs
* Assisting in analytics interpretation
* Supporting documentation and internal tooling

This lowers cognitive load for engineers and operators without automating critical decisions.

### Design Principles

Our AI infrastructure follows strict rules:

**AI never settles value**\
All balances, outcomes, and payouts are deterministic and on-chain.

**AI is advisory, not authoritative**\
All suggestions are validated by rules, thresholds, and human oversight.

**AI outputs are structured**\
Free-text is wrapped in schemas, guards, and validation layers.

**Replaceable by design**\
Models can evolve without breaking contracts or game logic.

### Why This Matters

By embedding AI directly into PlayBlock’s infrastructure — rather than bolting it on — we achieve:

* Faster market responsiveness
* Better content scalability
* Smarter discovery
* Lower operational friction
* Zero compromise on settlement integrity

AI accelerates the system.\
PlayBlock remains deterministic, auditable, and trust-first.

# Performance Benchmark

### Why performance benchmarks matter

In gaming and prediction systems, performance is not an abstract metric.\
It directly impacts:

* Player experience (latency, responsiveness)
* Fairness and determinism (state updates, settlement order)
* Operational cost (fees, batching, retries)
* System scalability under real load

For this reason, PlayBlock benchmarks itself not only against other Layer-2 and Layer-3 chains, but against the actual requirements of high-frequency, real-money gaming settlement.

Traditional benchmarks that focus only on peak TPS or theoretical throughput are insufficient. What matters is sustained performance under load, with deterministic execution and predictable costs.

### What we measure

PlayBlock evaluates performance using metrics that reflect real production behavior:

#### Core metrics

* **Block time**\
  How frequently blocks are produced.
* **Transaction inclusion latency**\
  Time from submission to block inclusion (p50 / p95).
* **Sustained throughput**\
  Transactions per second under continuous load, not short bursts.
* **Cost per action**\
  Measured for:
  * Native transfers
  * ERC-20 transfers
  * Game actions (contract calls with state changes + events)
* **Finality model**
  * Local finality (on PlayBlock itself)
  * Upstream settlement finality (parent chain / Ethereum)
* **Data availability (DA) model**\
  Ethereum DA vs AnyTrust / DAC-based DA and its impact on cost and latency.

### Benchmarking philosophy

PlayBlock does not attempt to “win” benchmarks by tuning for synthetic workloads.\
Instead, benchmarks are designed to reflect real Playnance production flows, including:

* Gasless user transactions
* High-frequency game actions
* Deterministic ordering requirements
* Continuous execution over long periods

This makes comparisons more honest and directly relevant to developers and operators.

### High-level comparison overview

| Network Type | Typical Block Time | Throughput Characteristics | Finality Model | Gaming Suitability |
| --------------------------------- | ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| **PlayBlock (L3, AnyTrust RAAS)** | **Sub-second (configurable)** | **Optimized for sustained, high-frequency game actions** | **Fast local finality, Ethereum-anchored** | **Purpose-built for gaming settlement**         |
| General-purpose L2s               | \~2–4 seconds                 | High, but shared across many applications                | Rollup-based L1 finality                   | Good for general DeFi, less optimized for games |
| ZK-based L2s                      | \~2–4 seconds                 | High theoretical throughput, proof-bound                 | Proof-dependent finality                   | Strong security, higher latency for settlement  |
| App-specific L3s                  | Sub-second to 1s              | Configurable per application                             | Parent-chain dependent                     | Good when tightly scoped                        |

> **Key takeaway:**\
> PlayBlock optimizes for **predictable latency and deterministic execution**, not just maximum TPS.

### Why PlayBlock performs differently

#### 1. Purpose-built execution model

PlayBlock is not a shared execution environment for unrelated applications.\
It is designed specifically for:

* Games
* Predictions
* Casino-style interactions
* Settlement-heavy workflows

This allows aggressive tuning of:

* Block intervals
* Gas limits
* Sequencer behavior
* State access patterns

#### 2. Layer-3 architecture on Arbitrum + AnyTrust

PlayBlock operates as a Layer-3 application chain using:

* Arbitrum Orbit stack
* AnyTrust data availability

This enables:

* Significantly lower data costs
* Faster block production
* Higher sustained throughput for small, frequent transactions

The tradeoff is explicit and intentional:\
PlayBlock prioritizes performance and cost efficiency while maintaining Ethereum-anchored security guarantees.

#### 3. Gasless execution for users

End users do not pay gas directly.

This removes several performance bottlenecks present on public L2s:

* No user-side gas estimation delays
* No mempool competition
* No priority fee bidding wars

From a benchmark perspective, this results in:

* More stable inclusion times
* Predictable cost per action
* Cleaner latency distributions

#### 4. Deterministic settlement first

In gaming, determinism beats raw speed.

PlayBlock enforces:

* Strict ordering of actions
* Deterministic settlement logic
* Clear separation between:
  * User-visible confirmation
  * Upstream settlement finality

This makes benchmarks more meaningful for real money systems.

### Benchmark methodology (recommended)

To ensure fair comparison, PlayBlock benchmarks follow a consistent structure:

#### Workloads tested

1. Native token transfer
2. ERC-20 transfer
3. Game action (state update + event emission)

#### Load profile

* Gradual ramp-up (e.g. 50 → 500 → 2,000 tx/s)
* Sustained load per level (10–20 minutes)
* Measurement of:
  * p50 / p95 latency
  * Error / revert rate
  * Effective throughput
  * Cost per transaction

#### Reporting principles

* Separate local confirmation from L1 finality
* Report sustained numbers, not peaks
* Publish configuration parameters alongside results

### Interpreting benchmark results correctly

When comparing PlayBlock to other chains, it is critical to understand:

* A 2s block time on a general L2 does not imply worse UX if pre-confirmation is used
* A sub-second block time does not guarantee deterministic settlement
* “Finality” can mean different things depending on the rollup or proof system

PlayBlock benchmarks are designed to answer one question:

> **Can this system reliably settle high-frequency, real-money game actions at scale?**

### Summary

PlayBlock’s performance profile is the result of deliberate architectural choices:

* Layer-3 app-chain design
* AnyTrust data availability
* Gasless execution
* Deterministic settlement focus

Rather than competing on marketing TPS numbers, PlayBlock optimizes for what actually matters in production gaming systems:\
low latency, predictable costs, and reliable settlement under sustained load.

# System Reliability

System reliability is a first-class design constraint in PlayBlock — not an afterthought and not something delegated to “infrastructure later.”\
Because PlayBlock powers real-money gaming, prediction markets, and continuous settlement flows, failure is not acceptable. The system must remain correct, deterministic, and recoverable under load, partial outages, and restarts.

PlayBlock is therefore built around a simple principle:

> **Every component must fail safely, recover deterministically, and resume without human intervention.**

### Reliability by Design

PlayBlock does not rely on best-effort retries or optimistic assumptions. Instead, reliability is enforced through layered guarantees:

#### 1. Deterministic Core Logic

* Game settlement, balances, payouts, and state transitions are fully deterministic
* No randomness in critical paths
* Same inputs → same outputs → same on-chain result
* AI, heuristics, and analytics are never allowed to influence settlement or balances

This guarantees:

* Safe replays
* Idempotent retries
* Verifiable correctness

#### 2. Idempotent Everything

Every external or internal action is designed to be idempotent:

* Bet execution
* Win settlement
* Rollbacks
* Treasury transfers
* Event ingestion
* Partner callbacks

If the same request is received twice:

* The system returns the same result
* No double execution
* No double spend
* No corrupted state

This is enforced using:

* Transaction IDs
* Redis-backed deduplication
* On-chain transaction hashes as final truth

#### 3. Crash-Safe Processing

All long-running and high-throughput flows use durable queues and checkpointed state:

* Workers can crash mid-execution
* Pods can restart
* Nodes can be rescheduled

On recovery:

* Pending jobs are resumed
* Completed jobs are not re-executed
* Partial progress is detected and reconciled

No manual replay. No human intervention.

#### 4. WebSocket & RPC Resilience

Blockchain connectivity is treated as unstable by default.

PlayBlock services assume:

* WebSocket disconnects
* Silent stalls
* Partial event loss

To handle this:

* Live event listeners are guarded by watchdogs
* Periodic forced reconnects are used
* Historical backfills run after reconnect
* Redis stores the last confirmed processed block
* Lookback windows ensure no missed events

The result:

* Zero event loss
* Zero duplication
* Continuous indexing under unstable network conditions

### Built-In Failure Scenarios

PlayBlock is explicitly designed to survive:

* Pod crashes
* Node restarts
* Redis failovers
* Temporary RPC outages
* Partner API timeouts
* Burst traffic spikes
* Partial system outages

Each scenario has a defined recovery path.

### Monitoring, Verification & Observability

Reliability is continuously measured, not assumed.

PlayBlock includes:

* Per-service health checks
* Queue lag metrics
* Processing latency tracking
* Blockchain confirmation monitoring
* Cross-system consistency checks (on-chain vs DB vs cache)
* Automatic alerts on anomalies

In critical paths:

* Random verification is used to confirm data was written correctly
* Lag between blockchain time and ingestion time is measured
* Duplicate detection metrics are tracked explicitly

### Safe Degradation

When dependencies fail:

* Systems degrade gracefully
* Non-critical features pause
* Critical settlement paths remain operational

Examples:

* Analytics may lag, but settlement continues
* Discovery may freeze, but balances remain accurate
* AI enrichment may pause, but games remain deterministic

### Reliability as a Product Feature

In PlayBlock, reliability is not invisible plumbing — it is a product guarantee:

* Players trust balances and payouts
* Partners trust integrations
* Operators trust recovery
* Developers trust replays and audits

This is what allows PlayBlock to operate continuously, globally, and at scale.

# System Architecture

### Overview

The PlayBlock system architecture is designed as a vertically integrated gaming settlement stack rather than a loose collection of dApps and services.

Every layer — from wallets and games to settlement, analytics, and AI — is intentionally structured to optimize for:

* **Deterministic execution**
* **High-throughput settlement**
* **Operational resilience**
* **Composable product growth**

The architecture follows a layered, event-driven model, where on-chain logic is minimal and deterministic, and off-chain systems handle orchestration, scaling, analytics, and intelligence.

### High-Level Architecture

At a high level, PlayBlock consists of six tightly connected layers:

### 1. Application Layer (User-Facing Products)

This is where users interact with the ecosystem.

**Examples:**

* Casino & arcade games
* Prediction markets (sports, crypto, events)
* Affiliate-driven gaming portals
* Partner white-label platforms

**Key properties:**

* No direct blockchain complexity exposed to users
* Gasless transactions
* Real-time UX powered by streaming events
* Unified balance and identity across products

This layer never talks directly to the blockchain.

### 2. Game Logic & Controllers

The Game Controllers are deterministic orchestrators that manage game lifecycles.

They are responsible for:

* Opening and closing games
* Validating inputs
* Enforcing limits (bets, odds, timing)
* Triggering on-chain settlement
* Coordinating executor wallets

Why this layer exists:\
It separates game logic from smart contract execution, allowing games to evolve without redeploying contracts.

### 3. Settlement & Execution Layer

This is the heart of PlayBlock’s reliability.

**Components:**

* Executor services (bet, win, rollback, payout)
* Treasury and liquidity managers
* Nonce-safe transaction pipelines
* Deterministic retry and idempotency logic

**Characteristics:**

* Parallel execution with strict ordering guarantees
* Wallet-level isolation
* Replay-safe transaction handling
* Designed for thousands of transactions per minute

This layer is where GCoin moves.

### 4. PlayBlock Chain Layer (Layer-3)

The blockchain itself is a purpose-built settlement chain.

**Key traits:**

* Built on Arbitrum + AnyTrust (RAAS)
* Optimized for fast finality
* Minimal contract surface
* Event-heavy, logic-light contracts

**Design principle:**

> “The chain is the source of truth — not the place for business logic.”

### 5. Event Streaming & Analytics Layer

Everything that happens on-chain emits structured events that flow into analytics systems.

**Includes:**

* Real-time WebSocket listeners
* Historical sync via JSON-RPC
* ClickHouse for high-volume analytics
* Redis for deduplication and buffering

**Used for:**

* User balances & activity
* Game statistics
* Partner reporting
* Compliance & audits
* Performance monitoring

This layer enables observability at scale.

### 6. Intelligence & Automation Layer (AI + Rules)

AI is embedded as **infrastructure**, not a feature.

**Responsibilities:**

* Trend discovery
* Market relevance detection
* Game surfacing & ranking
* Content and category intelligence
* Operational anomaly detection

**Important constraint:**\
AI never replaces deterministic settlement or odds logic.\
It informs decisions — it does not execute them.

### Architectural Principles

The entire system is built around a few non-negotiable principles:

#### Determinism First

Settlement, balances, and outcomes must be reproducible and auditable.

#### Event-Driven Everything

State changes propagate through events, not direct coupling.

#### Horizontal Scalability

Executors, listeners, and controllers scale independently.

#### Failure Is Expected

Every layer assumes retries, restarts, and partial outages.

#### One Token, One Economy

GCoin is the unified settlement asset across all products.

### Why This Architecture Works for Gaming

Traditional blockchains struggle with gaming because they mix:

* UX logic
* Business rules
* Settlement
* Analytics

PlayBlock separates them cleanly.

The result:

* Faster games
* Lower costs
* Safer settlement
* Easier product iteration
* Institutional-grade reliability

# Data Flow

## Data Flow Architecture

Playnance games are designed around event-driven, real-time data movement.\
Every user action, game event, and blockchain transaction flows through a layered pipeline that prioritizes speed, determinism, and observability.

This section explains how data moves across PlayBlock — from external game providers and on-chain smart contracts, through internal services, and out to real-time user interfaces and analytics systems.

### 1. External Inputs & Game Providers

Playnance integrates with external APIs for certain game verticals and partners.

These APIs provide:

* Game actions (bets, wins, round results)
* Player session events
* Provider-specific metadata and callbacks

All external data enters through validated API gateways, where:

* Requests are authenticated
* Payloads are normalized
* Idempotency and replay protection are enforced

This ensures external variability never leaks into core settlement logic.

### 2. Core Application Services

Once validated, data is processed by internal services responsible for:

* Game logic
* Bet execution
* Settlement orchestration
* Risk and limits enforcement

These services are fully decoupled and communicate asynchronously, allowing the system to scale horizontally without tight coupling.

### 3. Messaging & Event Distribution (Kafka)

At the heart of PlayBlock’s internal data flow is [Apache Kafka](https://kafka.apache.org/).

Kafka is used to:

* Distribute game events between services
* Decouple producers (games, executors) from consumers (analytics, payouts)
* Guarantee ordered, replayable event streams
* Absorb traffic spikes without back-pressure

Every meaningful system action becomes an event:

* Bets placed
* Wins settled
* Games finalized
* Treasury movements

This event-first design is critical for reliability and auditability.

### 4. Fast Access & State Caching (Redis)

For low-latency operations, Playnance relies heavily on [Redis](https://redis.io/).

Redis is used for:

* Hot state caching (sessions, balances, game state)
* Deduplication and idempotency keys
* Rate-limiting and locks
* Short-lived coordination data between services

Redis allows services to operate at sub-millisecond latency without constant database or blockchain calls.

### 5. Operational Storage & Logs (MySQL)

Structured operational data is stored in [MySQL](https://www.mysql.com/).

MySQL is the source of truth for:

* Players and accounts
* Game metadata
* Financial logs
* Provider requests and responses
* Audit and reconciliation records

This layer prioritizes consistency and traceability over raw speed.

### 6. On-Chain Event Indexing (ClickHouse)

Smart contracts deployed on PlayBlock emit a high volume of on-chain events.

These events are:

* Collected via JSON-RPC and WebSocket listeners
* Normalized by sync services
* Written into [ClickHouse](https://clickhouse.com/)

ClickHouse is optimized for:

* Massive insert throughput
* Time-series queries
* Historical analysis
* Cross-contract analytics

This separation keeps analytics workloads from impacting live gameplay.

### 7. Real-Time Streaming to Clients (PieHost)

To power live experiences, PlayBlock streams selected events in real time via [PieHost](https://piehost.com/).

Used for:

* Live odds and price updates
* Order books and liquidity changes
* Game state transitions
* User-facing dashboards

This enables WebSocket-based, sub-second updates without polling or API overload.

### 8. Blockchain Transparency (Blockscout)

All on-chain activity on PlayBlock is publicly observable via [Blockscout](https://www.blockscout.com/).

Blockscout provides:

* Transaction visibility
* Smart contract inspection
* Event logs
* Treasury and executor transparency

This ensures PlayBlock remains verifiable, auditable, and trust-minimized.

### End-to-End Flow Summary

1. External API or user action enters the system
2. Core services validate and process the request
3. Events are emitted to Kafka
4. Redis supports fast state access
5. MySQL stores operational truth
6. Smart contracts emit on-chain events
7. ClickHouse indexes events for analytics
8. PieHost streams live updates to clients
9. Blockscout exposes everything publicly

This data flow design allows PlayBlock to achieve:

* High throughput without bottlenecks
* Deterministic settlement
* Real-time user feedback
* Strong auditability
* Clean separation between gameplay, analytics, and infrastructure

It is purpose-built for gaming, finance, and real-time blockchain systems.

# Rewards Pipeline

## PlayBlock Rewards Flow

PlayBlock rewards are designed as a deterministic, on-chain–settled incentive system that aligns user activity, platform growth, and token economics.

Rewards are not cosmetic, not delayed, and not centrally editable.\
Every reward originates from verifiable activity, is calculated off-chain, and is settled on-chain.

### Core Principles of the Rewards System

PlayBlock rewards are built around four core principles:

1. Activity-Driven – rewards are earned only through real actions
2. Deterministic – same input always produces the same reward
3. On-Chain Finality – settlement happens on PlayBlock
4. Composable – rewards can be reused across products

This ensures rewards scale safely across casino, arcade, predictions, and future products.

### What Generates Rewards

Rewards are triggered by validated user actions, including:

* Bets placed
* Games played
* Volume contributed
* Liquidity participation
* Campaign participation
* Partner or affiliate activity
* System-level incentives (seasonal, boosts, quests)

Each action produces a reward-eligible event.

### Step-by-Step Rewards Flow

#### 1. User Action

A user performs an action inside any PlayBlock-powered product:

* Casino
* Arcade
* Prediction games
* Future integrations

Examples:

* Place a bet
* Complete a game round
* Participate in a promotion

At this stage, no rewards are granted yet.

#### 2. Action Validation & Settlement

The action is:

* Validated by backend services
* Executed on-chain (bets, wins, transfers)
* Finalized by PlayBlock smart contracts

Only successfully finalized actions are eligible for rewards.

If settlement fails → no reward.

#### 3. Reward Eligibility Detection

Once the settlement is confirmed:

* The system detects eligible events
* Context is attached:
  * User
  * Game
  * Amount
  * Outcome
  * Timestamp
  * Campaign rules (if any)

This creates a reward candidate, not a payout.

#### 4. Reward Calculation Engine

Rewards are calculated off-chain using deterministic rules:

* Fixed ratios
* Tier multipliers
* Volume thresholds
* Time-based boosts
* Campaign modifiers

Key characteristics:

* No randomness
* No manual overrides
* Fully reproducible calculations

The result is a reward instruction.

#### 5. Reward Queuing & Scheduling

Reward instructions are:

* Queued
* Rate-limited
* Batched when needed
* Ordered for execution

This prevents:

* Spikes
* Double rewards
* Chain congestion

Rewards can be:

* Instant
* Delayed
* Accumulated (depending on campaign rules)

#### 6. On-Chain Reward Distribution

Final reward execution happens on PlayBlock:

* GCoin is transferred
* Treasury balances are updated
* Events are emitted on-chain

Once executed:

* Rewards are final
* Publicly verifiable
* Immutable

#### 7. Post-Settlement Visibility

After distribution:

* User balances update immediately
* Rewards appear in UI
* Events are indexed for analytics
* Monitoring systems verify execution

Any discrepancy is detectable via:

* On-chain events
* Internal logs
* Analytics pipelines

### GCoin’s Role in the Rewards System

GCoin is the native incentive asset of PlayBlock.

It is used to:

* Reward activity
* Align user incentives with platform growth
* Create long-term engagement loops
* Power cross-product rewards

GCoin rewards are:

* Gasless for users
* Settled on-chain
* Transferable
* Reusable across products

### Anti-Abuse & Safety Mechanisms

The rewards flow includes built-in protection:

* Reward eligibility only after settlement
* Idempotent reward execution
* Per-action uniqueness
* Rate limiting
* Treasury caps
* Campaign-scoped rules

This prevents:

* Double rewards
* Replay attacks
* Reward farming
* Manual manipulation

# Cross-Platform Orchestration

PlayBlock is not just a chain. It’s the coordination layer that makes multiple Playnance products behave like one platform.

Users interact with different surfaces (PlayW3, PlayQuack, Predictions, partner portals), but behind the scenes, we orchestrate the same core actions:

* identity + wallet ownership
* balances and settlement (gasless)
* rewards and incentives (GCOIN)
* game lifecycle automation (open → run → finalize)
* real-time events and notifications
* provider integrations (casino aggregators, sports/odds feeds, etc.)

The outcome: a user can move between products without “starting over”, while the system stays deterministic, auditable, and scalable.

### Why Orchestration Exists

Gaming platforms fail when each product becomes its own island:

* duplicated balances and inconsistent “source of truth”
* separate reward logic per app
* different risk rules per game type
* impossible analytics
* manual operations

Cross-platform orchestration solves this by enforcing a single execution pattern:

Every user action becomes a verified intent → executed by controllers/executors → settled on PlayBlock → emitted as events → reflected across all apps.

### Core Orchestration Principles

#### 1) One state for all platforms

Regardless of UI entry point, all value flows converge to the same core settlement model:

* balances and payouts settle through PlayBlock contracts
* rewards are sent in GCOIN directly to the user wallet
* users can verify results on PlayBlock explorer

#### 2) Deterministic where it matters

Game outcomes, payouts, and user balances must be consistent and replayable:

* game controllers execute the exact lifecycle steps
* executors are whitelisted and controlled
* retries are idempotent (no double credits)

#### 3) Product-specific UX, shared execution

Casino, arcade, and predictions can feel different — but execution stays uniform:

* same wallet identity layer
* same rewards mechanism
* same logging, monitoring, and event streaming model

### The Orchestration Layers

#### User Identity & Session

Users authenticate through wallets (including social wallets where relevant).\
Orchestration ties every activity back to a **single wallet address** as the durable identity.

This enables:

* unified reward eligibility
* unified limits / risk controls
* unified analytics attribution

#### Controllers

Controllers are services responsible for turning “intent” into validated execution:

Examples:

* **Games Controller**: starts/finalizes prediction games, triggers payouts, handles cancellations/refunds
* **Reward Orchestrator**: validates reward eligibility (registration + activity), triggers reward payout
* **Session Controllers**: manage deposit/play sessions with external providers

The controllers apply policy, timing rules, and idempotency.

#### Executors

Executors are the operational wallets/services that actually submit on-chain transactions.

Why executors exist:

* keep user experience gasless
* centralize nonce management, fee strategy, and retries
* isolate execution from web/API request latency

Executors are:

* whitelisted on the relevant contracts
* rotated / sharded (round-robin, partitioning, queues)
* monitored like production critical infra

#### Messaging and Coordination

Cross-platform orchestration is event-driven. A typical flow:

1. API receives request (bet, spin, finalize, reward claim)
2. Controller validates policy + idempotency
3. Job is created (queue / scheduler)
4. Executor submits transaction
5. On-chain event is emitted
6. Event stream updates:
   * UI state (real-time)
   * logs (MySQL)
   * analytics (ClickHouse)
   * notifications (channels)

This is how multiple products can stay synchronized without coupling everything together.

### Example Orchestrated Flows

#### A) New User Reward Flow (cross-platform)

A user can register in one product and claim rewards in another, because orchestration is wallet-based.

Typical orchestration:

* user connects wallet
* user links Telegram/Twitter (eligibility layer)
* user spins the spinner (feature trigger)
* reward service validates:
  * has this wallet already claimed?
  * are required links present?
  * is the request signed + valid?
* executor sends GCOIN reward on-chain
* user sees tx in explorer / wallet
* events propagate to all UIs and analytics

#### B) Activity-Based Rewards (cross-platform)

User can earn rewards through activity across multiple features:

* casino play
* arcade play
* predictions bets
* streaks / milestones / campaigns

Orchestration ensures:

* “activity” events are normalized (one schema)
* campaign logic runs consistently
* payout is always a GCOIN transfer to the user wallet

#### C) Game Lifecycle Orchestration (Predictions)

Predictions games are a lifecycle, not a single action:

* create game
* open for bets
* close betting
* finalize outcome
* payout winners
* cleanup + indexing

Orchestration is responsible for:

* timing windows and safety buffers
* handling postponed/cancelled games
* payout batching
* ensuring the on-chain state and the DB state stay aligned

### Operational Guarantees

Cross-platform orchestration is designed around a few hard guarantees:

* **Idempotency:** retries never cause duplicate payouts
* **Consistency:** UI and databases reflect on-chain truth
* **Backpressure:** queues protect the chain from burst load
* **Observability:** every action is traceable from request → txHash → event → UI update
* **Isolation:** casino issues don’t break predictions; orchestration decouples via events/queues

# Partner Portal Infrastructure

PlayBlock’s Partner Portal infrastructure allows partners to launch fully featured gaming platforms on top of the same core technology that powers [PlayW3](https://playw3.com/) and [PlayQuack](https://playquack.com/).\
Partners can choose between two operational models — **Be the Boss** or **White Label** — while relying on the exact same games, settlement engine, and on-chain infrastructure.

This approach ensures consistency, scalability, and fairness across all portals, regardless of branding or commercial model.

***

### Partner Models

#### Be the Boss Program

The Be the Boss program is designed for partners who want a fast, low-friction launch without managing their own domain or infrastructure.

Key characteristics:

* Each partner receives a dedicated subdomain under the PlayBlock ecosystem\
  (e.g. `partner-name.playw3.com`)
* Fully managed infrastructure (backend, blockchain, payments, monitoring)
* Revenue share model defined per partner agreement
* Shared platform updates and feature rollouts

This model prioritizes speed to market and operational simplicity.

***

#### White Label Portals

White Label portals are built for partners who want full brand ownership and operate under their own domain.

Key characteristics:

* Portal runs on the partner’s custom domain
* Fully branded UI (logo, colors, content)
* Same backend, games, and settlement engine as [PlayW3](https://playw3.com/) / [PlayQuack](https://playquack.com/)
* Independent marketing and user acquisition
* Customizable revenue share terms

Despite the branding independence, White Label portals are not separate systems. They are first-class citizens of the PlayBlock infrastructure.

### Shared Core Infrastructure

Regardless of the partner model, all portals run on the same production-grade stack:

* Identical game catalog (casino, arcade, prediction games)
* Same settlement and accounting logic
* Same GCoin-based reward and balance system
* Same performance, scalability, and reliability guarantees
* Same security, monitoring, and anti-fraud systems

There is no feature downgrade or “partner tier” infrastructure.

### Revenue Share Logic

Revenue sharing varies by partner model and agreement, but is always enforced at the infrastructure level, not via manual reporting.

Typical dimensions include:

* Net Gaming Revenue (NGR)
* Player activity and volume
* Geographic or regulatory scope
* Partner-specific incentive programs

All calculations are:

* Deterministic
* Transparent
* Auditable
* Aligned with on-chain settlement data

This ensures partners and the platform always operate from the same source of truth.

### Isolation & Scaling

While infrastructure is shared, logical isolation is enforced at every level:

* Separate partner identifiers
* Isolated analytics and reporting
* Independent configuration and feature flags
* Controlled access to admin and operational tools

Scaling one partner never impacts another — capacity is elastic and horizontally scalable across the platform.

This unified partner portal infrastructure allows PlayBlock to:

* Launch new partners in days, not months
* Maintain consistent performance and fairness
* Avoid fragmentation of liquidity and game logic
* Ship new features once, deploy everywhere
* Keep settlement, rewards, and compliance deterministic

For partners, it means enterprise-grade infrastructure without enterprise-grade overhead.

# Execution Model & Throughput

#### Overview

PlayBlock is built as a purpose-engineered execution layer for games.\
Unlike general-purpose blockchains that optimize for arbitrary smart-contract flexibility, PlayBlock optimizes for high-frequency, deterministic, and bursty execution patterns common in gaming, predictions, and real-time reward systems.

At its core, PlayBlock separates *execution*, *ordering*, and *settlement* to achieve high throughput without sacrificing correctness or auditability.

### Execution Philosophy

PlayBlock follows three guiding principles:

1. **Determinism first**\
   Game outcomes, settlements, and balances must always converge to a single, verifiable state.
2. **Throughput over generality**\
   The chain is optimized for known execution patterns (bets, spins, payouts, rewards), not arbitrary DeFi experimentation.
3. **Burst-friendly by design**\
   Traffic spikes (game rounds ending, tournaments, reward drops) are expected and handled natively.

### The Execution Model

#### 1. Ordered, Single-State Execution

PlayBlock operates on a single global state shared across all products:

* Casino & arcade games
* Prediction games
* Reward systems
* Partner portals and white labels

This means:

* No fragmented liquidity
* No per-app reconciliation
* One canonical balance per user

Transactions are strictly ordered, eliminating race conditions common in multi-chain or multi-shard gaming setups.

#### 2. Executor-Driven Transactions

Instead of relying on end-user wallets to submit transactions:

* Execution is handled by authorized executor wallets
* Executors are whitelisted at the protocol level
* Users interact via signed intents, not raw transactions

This enables:

* Gasless user experience
* Predictable nonce management
* Controlled parallelism

#### 3. Parallel Intent Intake, Serialized Settlement

PlayBlock separates intent ingestion from state mutation:

| Stage         | Behavior                              |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------- |
| Intent intake | Fully parallel (API, queues, streams) |
| Validation    | Deterministic & stateless             |
| Execution     | Serialized per contract / executor    |
| Settlement    | Atomic and final                      |

This allows tens of thousands of concurrent user actions while maintaining strict correctness at settlement time.

### Throughput Characteristics

#### Practical Throughput (Not Theoretical TPS)

PlayBlock does not market raw TPS numbers in isolation.\
Instead, throughput is measured in real game actions per second:

* Bets placed
* Spins executed
* Wins settled
* Rewards distributed

In production conditions, PlayBlock comfortably sustains:

* **High hundreds to low thousands of executions per second**
* **Sub-second confirmation latency** for user-facing actions
* **Zero mempool contention** under normal operation

#### Why Throughput Stays Predictable

Traditional chains degrade under load due to:

* Public mempools
* Fee auctions
* Wallet nonce contention
* Unbounded contract execution paths

PlayBlock avoids all four by design:

* No public mempool
* Fixed execution paths
* Known contract surfaces
* Controlled executor count

The result is flat latency curves, even during peak traffic.

### Execution Under Load

#### Burst Scenarios (Examples)

* End of a prediction round (thousands of settlements)
* Reward campaign distribution
* Tournament payout finalization
* Partner portal traffic spikes

PlayBlock handles bursts by:

* Queue-backed intent buffering
* Executor round-robin distribution
* Deterministic replay safety (idempotent execution)

No user action is dropped; excess load is **absorbed**, not rejected.

### Settlement & Finality

PlayBlock uses fast finality inherited from its underlying rollup stack:

* Execution finality is near-instant for users
* Settlement finality is cryptographically anchored upstream
* All actions remain fully auditable

For game logic, execution finality matters more than L1 finality, and PlayBlock optimizes exactly for that.

# PlayBlock State Management

### Overview

State management is the foundation of PlayBlock.

Unlike general-purpose blockchains that optimize for flexibility, PlayBlock is purpose-built for gaming, predictions, and high-frequency settlement. This requires a deterministic, tightly controlled, and highly observable state model that can scale across many products without fragmenting logic or balances.

PlayBlock maintains one canonical on-chain state that powers:

* Casino & arcade games
* Prediction markets (sports & financial)
* Rewards distribution
* Affiliate revenue tracking
* Treasury and liquidity operations

All Playnance products interact with the same state layer, ensuring consistency, transparency, and correctness.

### Core Principles of PlayBlock State

#### 1. One Global State, Multiple Products

PlayBlock operates a single shared state machine.

There is no per-game chain, no per-partner ledger, and no side balances hidden off-chain. Every balance, bet, reward, payout, and settlement ultimately resolves into the same global state.

This guarantees:

* No double spending across products
* Unified user balances
* Cross-product composability (casino ↔ predictions ↔ rewards)
* Simplified auditing and analytics

#### 2. Deterministic State Transitions

Every state change on PlayBlock is:

* Explicit
* Ordered
* Deterministic

State transitions occur only through validated smart contract execution.\
There are no “soft” balance updates and no optimistic writes.

Examples of deterministic transitions:

* Bet placement → balance decrease
* Game finalization → payout distribution
* Reward claim → treasury transfer
* Affiliate fee settlement → revenue split

Given the same inputs and order, PlayBlock always produces the same resulting state.

This property is critical for:

* Fair gaming outcomes
* Regulatory audits
* Dispute resolution
* Replay and verification

#### 3. On-Chain State as the Source of Truth

PlayBlock treats the blockchain as the final authority.

Off-chain systems (APIs, databases, caches) exist only to:

* Improve performance
* Provide UX-friendly views
* Enable analytics and orchestration

They never replace the on-chain state.

If an off-chain record disagrees with on-chain data, the chain wins — always.

### State Domains in PlayBlock

PlayBlock state is logically segmented, but physically unified.

#### User State

* Wallet address
* Token balances (GCoin, game tokens)
* Allowances
* Active bets and positions

User state is shared across all products.

A user can place a casino bet, receive a reward, and enter a prediction market without moving funds between systems.

#### Game State

Each game (casino round, prediction market, etc.) maintains its own lifecycle state:

* Created
* Open
* Locked
* Finalized / Refunded

Game state includes:

* Parameters (odds, limits, time windows)
* Aggregated bets
* Settlement results

Once finalized, game state becomes immutable.

#### Treasury & Liquidity State

PlayBlock manages multiple treasuries on-chain:

* Game treasuries
* Reward pools
* Affiliate pools
* Liquidity reserves

All inflows and outflows are tracked on-chain, enabling:

* Real-time solvency checks
* Transparent revenue accounting
* Automated payouts

#### Rewards & Incentives State

Rewards are not abstract points or database entries.

They are real on-chain transfers governed by smart contracts:

* Registration rewards
* Activity-based rewards
* Campaign incentives

Each reward distribution is:

* Verifiable
* Auditable
* Traceable to a treasury

### Off-Chain State Mirrors

To scale efficiently, PlayBlock mirrors on-chain state off-chain — but without compromising integrity.

#### Databases (MySQL / ClickHouse)

Used for:

* Historical queries
* Analytics
* Reporting
* Back-office tools

Data is derived from on-chain events and treated as read-only reflections.

#### Caching (Redis)

Used for:

* Fast balance reads
* Game lists
* Session state
* Rate limiting

Caches are always rebuildable from chain + events.

#### Event Streaming

Smart contract events are streamed in real time to:

* Internal services
* Analytics pipelines
* Monitoring systems

This enables near-real-time UX while preserving deterministic settlement.

### Why This Model Matters

#### No Split-Brain State

Many gaming platforms suffer from:

* Off-chain balances
* Async reconciliation
* Hidden settlement layers

PlayBlock avoids this entirely.

There is one balance, one settlement path, one source of truth.

#### Horizontal Product Scaling

Because state is unified:

* New games don’t introduce new ledgers
* New partners don’t fork balances
* New features reuse existing contracts

This dramatically reduces complexity as the ecosystem grows.

#### Auditability by Design

Every meaningful action leaves an on-chain trace:

* Bets
* Wins
* Losses
* Rewards
* Fees

This makes PlayBlock inherently audit-ready.

### Summary

PlayBlock state management is built on a simple but strict philosophy:

* **One global state**
* **Deterministic transitions**
* **On-chain truth**
* **Off-chain performance, not authority**

This design allows PlayBlock to support high-throughput gaming, real-time UX, and financial-grade correctness.

# Finality & Determinism

Finality and determinism are foundational guarantees in PlayBlock.\
They define when a transaction is considered complete and whether the same inputs will always produce the same result.

In a gaming and financial execution environment, these properties are not optional — they are critical for correctness, fairness, and user trust.

### What Is Finality?

Finality answers a simple question:

In PlayBlock, finality means:

* The transaction is included in a confirmed block
* The state change is irreversible
* All downstream systems can safely act on the result

#### Practical Meaning

Once a bet, payout, or reward is finalized:

* Balances will not roll back
* Game results cannot change
* External systems can safely reconcile state
* Users can trust what they see in their wallet and UI

This is essential for:

* Casino games
* Prediction settlements
* Treasury movements
* Reward distributions

### PlayBlock Finality Model

PlayBlock is built to provide fast, deterministic finality suitable for real-time applications.

#### Key Properties

* **Single authoritative state**
* **No probabilistic settlement**
* **No fork-based ambiguity for execution**

Once a transaction reaches finality:

* It is final for all services
* It is final for all players
* It is final for all partners

There is no concept of “likely final” vs “fully final” inside the application layer.

### Determinism in PlayBlock

In PlayBlock, determinism applies to:

* Game logic
* Bet resolution
* Reward calculations
* Fee handling
* Settlement outcomes

This ensures that execution is:

* Predictable
* Verifiable
* Replay-safe
* Auditable

### Why Determinism Matters for Games

Games are state machines.

If the same game state could resolve differently:

* Fairness breaks
* Audits become impossible
* Disputes cannot be resolved
* Trust collapses

PlayBlock enforces determinism so that:

* A bet resolves exactly once
* Outcomes are mathematically reproducible
* No hidden randomness exists at settlement time
* External observers can independently verify results

### Deterministic Execution Pipeline

PlayBlock separates **decision inputs** from **execution logic**.

#### Inputs

* Game parameters
* Odds
* Player action
* On-chain prices or feeds (snapshotted)
* Predefined rule sets

#### Execution

* Stateless evaluation
* Fixed precision math
* No time-dependent branching
* No external calls mid-execution

#### Output

* Single, deterministic result
* Identical across nodes
* Identical across replays

### No Hidden Side Effects

To preserve determinism, PlayBlock explicitly avoids:

* Floating-point arithmetic
* Clock-based logic during settlement
* External API calls inside execution
* Randomness at finalize time
* Non-idempotent state mutations

All randomness (if required) is:

* Pre-committed
* Verifiable
* Locked before execution

### Finality + Determinism Together

These two guarantees reinforce each other:

| Property    | What it Guarantees      |
| ----------- | ----------------------- |
| Determinism | The result is correct |
| Finality | The result is permanent |

Together they ensure:

* One execution
* One outcome
* One source of truth

No retries, no ambiguity, no “eventual correction”.

### Impact on the Ecosystem

Because finality and determinism are enforced at the core:

* Indexers can safely sync without reconciliation logic
* Analytics pipelines never need to “fix” history
* Partners can trust callbacks immediately
* Users never see reversed balances
* Audits are straightforward and reproducible

PlayBlock is designed for:

* High-frequency games
* Financial settlements
* Real money flows
* Multi-partner environments

In this context:

* Fast but weak finality is unacceptable
* Flexible but non-deterministic logic is dangerous

PlayBlock chooses correctness first — and optimizes performance without compromising determinism or finality.

### Summary

* Finality defines when state is immutable
* Determinism defines how outcomes are computed
* PlayBlock enforces both at the protocol and execution level
* This enables trustless games, clean analytics, and safe scaling

# PlayBlock Explorer & Transaction Visibility

Transparency is a core requirement of any credible blockchain.\
On [PlayBlock](https://explorer.playblock.io/), every transaction, contract call, and token movement is fully observable in real time through a dedicated blockchain explorer powered by [Blockscout](https://www.blockscout.com/).

This article explains how PlayBlock uses Blockscout, what data is visible, and why transaction visibility is critical for games, partners, and users.

### What Is the PlayBlock Explorer?

The [PlayBlock Explorer](https://explorer.playblock.io/) is the public window into the PlayBlock network.

It allows anyone (users, developers, auditors, partners) to independently verify what happens on-chain, without trusting PlayBlock servers, APIs, or dashboards.

Through the explorer you can inspect:

* Blocks and block production
* Transactions and confirmations
* Wallet balances and histories
* Smart contracts and verified source code
* Token transfers (GCOIN, USDP, and others)
* Game-related events (bets, payouts, rewards)

PlayBlock’s explorer is built on Blockscout to provide a battle-tested, open-source, and industry-standard visibility layer.

### Why Blockscout?

Blockscout is one of the most widely used explorers for EVM-compatible chains, including L2s and app-specific chains.

PlayBlock chose Blockscout because it provides:

* **Full EVM compatibility** – identical semantics to Ethereum tooling
* **Open-source transparency** – no black-box indexing
* **Advanced contract introspection** – ABI decoding, event logs, read/write views
* **Token & NFT indexing** – balances, transfers, holders
* **Scalability for high-throughput chains** – critical for games and micro-transactions

This ensures PlayBlock remains verifiable, inspectable, and interoperable with the broader Ethereum ecosystem.

### Transaction Visibility: From Wallet to Finality

Every action on PlayBlock produces an on-chain transaction that can be tracked end-to-end.

#### 1. Transaction Submission

When a user places a bet, receives a reward, or interacts with a game:

* A transaction is signed by the user or authorized executor
* It is broadcast to the PlayBlock network
* A transaction hash (`txHash`) is immediately generated

#### 2. Explorer-Level Tracking

Using the transaction hash in the PlayBlock Explorer, you can see:

* Sender and receiver addresses
* Gas used and gas price
* Block number and timestamp
* Execution status (success / revert)
* Decoded method calls (for verified contracts)

#### 3. Event-Level Transparency

For smart contracts, Blockscout decodes emitted events, such as:

* `BetPlaced`
* `GameFinalized`
* `RewardDistributed`
* `FundsTransferred`

This is especially important for gaming logic, where outcomes must be provably fair and auditable.

### Smart Contract Verification

PlayBlock actively verifies its core smart contracts on Blockscout.

This means:

* Source code is publicly available
* Bytecode matches deployed contracts
* Anyone can review logic, limits, and safeguards
* External auditors and partners can independently validate behavior

Verified contracts also unlock:

* Human-readable function calls
* Decoded event logs
* Read-only contract state inspection

This is critical for trust in financial and gaming systems.

### Token Visibility (GCOIN, USDP, and More)

The explorer provides full token-level transparency:

* Token metadata (name, symbol, decimals)
* Total supply and circulating supply
* Holder distributions
* Transfer history per wallet
* Contract-level mint/burn events

For PlayBlock-native tokens like GCOIN, this ensures:

* Rewards are verifiable
* Emissions are auditable
* Treasury movements are visible
* No hidden inflation or off-chain accounting

### Game & Reward Transparency

Unlike traditional platforms where balances live in databases, PlayBlock games settle on-chain.

This means:

* Rewards sent to wallets are publicly visible
* Jackpot payouts can be independently verified
* Treasury and vault contracts are observable
* No “invisible” balance adjustments

### Developer & Partner Benefits

For developers and partners, the explorer is not just a UI — it’s a debugging and monitoring tool:

* Trace failed transactions
* Inspect gas usage
* Verify executor behavior
* Monitor contract upgrades
* Audit partner revenue flows

This drastically reduces trust assumptions between PlayBlock and third-party operators.

### Transparency as a Design Principle

PlayBlock does not treat the explorer as an afterthought.

Transaction visibility is:

* A security feature
* A compliance enabler
* A trust mechanism
* A developer productivity tool

By building on Blockscout and exposing the full on-chain lifecycle, PlayBlock ensures that nothing important happens off-chain or out of sight.

### Summary

* PlayBlock uses Blockscout as its official blockchain explorer
* Every transaction, contract call, and reward is publicly visible
* Smart contracts are verified and auditable
* Token flows are transparent and traceable
* Users and partners never need to “trust the backend”

# PlayBlock Security Model

Security in [PlayBlock](https://explorer.playblock.io/) is not treated as a single feature or a single contract property.\
It is a multi-layered, defense-in-depth model that spans consensus, execution, contracts, infrastructure, and operations.

[PlayBlock](https://explorer.playblock.io/) is designed to support real-money gaming, high-frequency transactions, and regulated partners, which means security must be predictable, auditable, and resilient under load.

### Security by Architecture

PlayBlock is built as a Layer-3 gaming chain, anchored to Arbitrum and ultimately Ethereum.

This gives PlayBlock inherited security guarantees at the base layer:

* Ethereum finality and censorship resistance
* Arbitrum’s rollup fraud-proof and dispute mechanisms
* Separation between execution speed and settlement security

### Deterministic Execution Layer

All on-chain execution in PlayBlock is fully deterministic:

* Smart contracts produce the same output for the same input
* No off-chain randomness for settlement
* No hidden state or mutable execution paths

This is critical for:

* Gaming fairness
* Dispute resolution
* Partner and regulator audits

Determinism ensures that every bet, payout, and reward can be re-executed and verified independently.

### Smart Contract Security

PlayBlock smart contracts follow strict security practices:

#### 1. Minimal & Explicit State

* No implicit balances
* No ambiguous transitions
* Clear lifecycle states (open → locked → finalized → settled)

#### 2. Role-Based Access Control

* Explicit executor roles
* Whitelisted relayers and operators
* Separation between treasury, execution, and admin roles

#### 3. Emergency Controls

* Pausing mechanisms where appropriate
* Circuit breakers for abnormal conditions
* Safe recovery paths without manual state corruption

#### 4. Audit-First Development

* Contracts are written to be auditable by design
* Readability and predictability are prioritized over cleverness
* Storage layouts and event emissions are explicit

### Transaction & Funds Safety

#### Treasury Isolation

* User funds are never mixed with operator wallets
* Treasuries are contract-controlled, not EOA-controlled
* Execution wallets are strictly limited in scope

#### Idempotent Transaction Handling

* Duplicate or replayed requests are safely ignored
* Every action has a unique transaction identity
* Replays cannot double-spend or double-payout

#### Explicit Settlement Events

* Every financial action emits on-chain events
* Events are the source of truth for off-chain reconciliation
* No hidden balance mutations

### Transparency & Observability

PlayBlock embraces radical transparency.

All on-chain activity is visible via the Blockscout explorer:

* Transactions
* Contract calls
* Events
* Wallet balances

This allows:

* Players to verify outcomes
* Partners to reconcile activity
* Auditors to trace full financial flows

### Infrastructure & Operational Security

#### Segmented Services

* Execution, indexing, rewards, analytics, and portals are isolated
* A compromise in one service cannot drain funds or alter state

#### Controlled Executors

* Multiple executor wallets with strict limits
* Rate-limited transaction sending
* Nonce and replay protection

#### Monitoring & Alerts

* Real-time anomaly detection
* Balance drift alerts
* Execution latency and failure tracking

### Off-Chain Security Guarantees

While settlement is on-chain, PlayBlock also secures off-chain components:

* Redis and databases used only for performance, never as source of trut
* Shadow balances are reconciled against on-chain state
* Event pipelines are replay-safe and idempotent

### Designed for Adversarial Environments

PlayBlock assumes:

* Malicious users
* Faulty integrations
* Network partitions
* Partial infrastructure failures

The system is built so that:

* Attacks fail safely
* Errors do not cascade
* Funds remain protected
* State remains consistent

### Summary

PlayBlock’s security model is based on five core pillars:

1. Inherited Ethereum & Arbitrum security
2. Deterministic, auditable execution
3. Strict smart contract design
4. Transparent, event-driven settlement
5. Defense-in-depth infrastructure isolation

This makes PlayBlock suitable not just for games \
but for real-money, high-throughput, partner-grade blockchain applications.

### Role in the Ecosystem

G Coin functions as the ecosystem’s operational token for:<br>

* Transaction-level settlement for user actions (fees, rewards, transfers)
* Incentive distribution (missions, streaks, bonuses, grants)
* Partner revenue attribution and payout logic (where applicable)
* Treasury-related flows and system-level economic events
* Cross-application interoperability through a shared wallet balance<br>

All G Coin movements are executed through on-chain logic on PlayBlock and can be verified via the PlayBlock Explorer.

***

### Wallet-Based Ownership and Execution

Every user interacts with G Coin through a personal, non-custodial on-chain wallet created at first entry (or connected via an external wallet). Playnance does not custody user funds.<br>

Key properties:

* Users hold G Coin directly in their wallet
* Balances and state changes are written on-chain
* Transfers, rewards, and distributions are executed via smart contracts
* Users can verify all activity independently through the Explorer

{% hint style="info" %}
Important: Wallet identity is tied to the login method used. The same login method reuses the same wallet. Using a different login method for the first time creates a different wallet.
{% endhint %}

***

### Interoperability Across Applications

G Coin is designed as a shared utility layer across all Playnance-powered applications:<br>

* One wallet balance per user (per login method)
* One token standard across the ecosystem
* No user-side bridging to move value between supported applications
* Gasless user experience (execution costs are abstracted at the infrastructure level)<br>

From the user perspective, G Coin behaves as a unified balance across the ecosystem while settlement and state transitions are handled by PlayBlock.

***

### On-Chain Transparency

All G Coin activity is publicly verifiable on-chain. Users can view and validate every transaction type associated with their wallet, including:<br>

* Receiving rewards (gameplay, missions, streaks, system distributions)
* Sending and receiving transfers
* Deposits and withdrawals
* Bonus allocations and grants
* Any other token state changes executed by the system<br>

Verification is performed directly through the PlayBlock Explorer using the wallet address and transaction identifiers.

***

### Designed for Scale

G Coin operates on PlayBlock, a Layer-3 execution environment optimized for high-throughput, real-time systems. The infrastructure is built to support sustained high transaction volumes and time-sensitive settlement logic across multiple applications in parallel.

This design supports the core requirement of an operational token: reliable execution under load, deterministic settlement, and transparent accounting.

### Economic Design Principles

G Coin tokenomics are built around five core principles:

* Utility-first usage driven by real on-chain activity
* Fixed supply with no inflationary mechanics
* Non-custodial value flow across all platforms
* Liquidity-backed execution for stability and scalability
* Transparent, auditable allocation visible on-chain<br>

Every allocation is structured to support liquidity, growth, ecosystem stability, regulatory alignment, and long-term sustainability.

***

### Circulating Supply Management

G Coin does not rely on token burning to regulate supply.\
\
Instead, circulating supply is managed through a **time-based token locking and release mechanism.**

Token locks apply to gameplay-related token losses and unsold supply at TGE, using predefined lock periods, cliffs, and linear vesting schedules.\
\
All lock and release events are executed on-chain and verifiable through PlayBlock.

***

### Utility-Driven Demand

G Coin demand is generated through continuous ecosystem usage:

* Gameplay rewards and instant payouts
* Trading and prediction market settlement
* Partner and affiliate revenue distribution
* Platform-level incentives and engagement loops
* Liquidity routing and on-chain value movement

This creates a usage-backed economic cycle, where demand scales naturally with ecosystem adoption.

***

### &#x20;Long-Term Sustainability

G Coin is designed to scale with Playnance as a functional economic layer.

• Real utility across multiple verticals\
• Transparent, on-chain economic flows\
• Activity-driven demand\
• Fixed supply with circulation control through time-based token locking mechanisms

Circulating supply is managed through on-chain lock, cliff, and vesting logic, rather than permanent token removal.\
\
This approach supports long-term ecosystem stability while preserving predictable supply behavior.

# Token Lock Mechanism

A technical overview of G Coin’s time-based token locking mechanism for circulating supply control.

***

### Overview

Playnance implements a **time-based token lock mechanism** to manage circulating supply and support long-term ecosystem stability.

This mechanism replaces permanent token burning and is designed to regulate supply through predefined lock periods, cliffs, and linear release schedules.

All locking and release logic is enforced programmatically and applied consistently based on on-chain events.

***

### Gameplay Token Lock

Tokens lost through gameplay are **temporarily locked** and removed from active circulation.<br>

* Tokens lost during gameplay are locked for **12 months**
* During the lock period, the tokens are not part of circulating supply
* Tokens are **released back exactly based on the original loss date**, after the 12-month lock period expires<br>

This mechanism introduces delayed re-circulation while preserving predictable supply behavior.

***

### Unsold Tokens at TGE

All tokens not sold prior to the Token Generation Event (TGE) are subject to a structured lock and release schedule.<br>

* Unsold tokens are locked under a **12-month cliff**
* After the cliff period, tokens are released through **24-month linear vesting**
* This applies exclusively to tokens not sold before TGE<br>

The structure limits post-TGE supply pressure and enables a controlled, time-based release aligned with long-term market stability.

***

### Locking Principles

The token lock mechanism is designed to:<br>

* Manage circulating supply without permanent token removal
* Reduce sudden supply expansion
* Align token availability with long-term ecosystem growth
* Support predictable, rule-based release behavior

***

#### Example: Gameplay Token Lock

If a player loses **1,000,000 G Coin** on a specific date:<br>

* The tokens are locked and removed from circulation for **12 months**
* After exactly one year, the same tokens are released back into circulation

***

#### Example: Unsold Tokens at TGE

If **15B G Coin** are sold before TGE:<br>

* The remaining **39B G Coin** are locked under a **12-month cliff**
* Following the cliff, the tokens are released through **24-month linear vesting**

***

#### Summary

The Token Lock Mechanism regulates circulating supply through **time-based locks and scheduled releases**, rather than permanent burning.

This approach maintains fixed total supply while enabling controlled circulation aligned with ecosystem usage and long-term stability.

# G Coin — Supply & Emissions

A technical overview of G Coin’s fixed supply model, step-based presale structure, and programmatic emission logic, designed to support long-term ecosystem usage and transparent on-chain economics.

***

### Supply Model

G Coin operates under a fixed total supply model, enforced at the protocol level.

* The total supply of G Coin is capped and immutable
* No inflationary minting mechanisms exist
* No discretionary or manual token creation is possible
* All supply rules are enforced through smart contracts on PlayBlock

Once issued, G Coin supply dynamics are governed exclusively by predefined on-chain logic, ensuring predictability, transparency, and long-term economic stability.

***

### Presale Structure — Step-Based Emissions

G Coin is distributed through a structured presale mechanism designed to align price discovery with real demand.<br>

The presale operates in discrete steps:

* Each presale step consists of 54,000,000 G Coin
* A new step opens only after the full allocation of the previous step is sold
* The token price increases by 2% with each completed step
* No steps can be skipped, accelerated, or manually unlocked<br>

This mechanism creates a deterministic issuance path where supply expansion during the presale phase is strictly demand-driven and fully transparent.

***

### Emission Logic

G Coin emissions are executed programmatically, not manually.

All emissions are:

* Triggered by predefined smart contract logic
* Executed on-chain through PlayBlock
* Aligned with ecosystem activity and operational requirements<br>

There are no off-chain issuance decisions, no discretionary unlocks, and no external controls affecting emission behavior once contracts are deployed.

***

### Economic Design Principles

The supply and emission model of G Coin is built around the following principles:

* **Predictability**

  Supply behavior is deterministic and visible in advance.
* **Usage-Driven Distribution**

  Token circulation is tied to ecosystem participation rather than speculative inflation.
* **Transparency by Design**

  Every emission event is recorded on-chain and verifiable in real time.
* **Long-Term Sustainability**

  Fixed supply and controlled distribution support stable economic growth across platforms and partners.

***

### On-Chain Enforcement & Visibility

All supply and emission activity related to G Coin is executed on PlayBlock and can be independently verified.\
\
Using the PlayBlock Explorer, participants can inspect on-chain activity related to G Coin, including:\
• Token distribution and transfer events\
• Emission and allocation-related transactions\
• Balance changes across participating addresses\
• Smart contract execution affecting token supply and circulation

The blockchain serves as the single source of truth for all supply and emission data.

***

### Summary

G Coin’s supply and emissions are governed by:

* A fixed total supply
* Step-based presale distribution
* Programmatic, on-chain execution
* Full real-time transparency

This model ensures that G Coin functions as a reliable economic layer for the Playnance ecosystem — engineered for scale, adoption, and long-term use rather than short-term speculation.

# Treasury Flow

1. User places a bet
2. The bet amount is transferred from the user wallet to the product treasury
3. Game logic resolves the outcome
4. If the user wins:
   * Funds are transferred directly from the treasury to the user wallet
5. All movements are finalized on-chain

There are no internal balances, IOUs, or delayed settlement mechanisms.

### Product-Level Treasuries

Each product operates with its own treasury smart contract, fully visible on the PlayBlock explorer.

#### Softswiss Games Treasury

```
```

#### Prediction Games Treasury

```
0x5d2C5101a2a84288826961A4aF9e71D254963335
```

Each treasury is responsible only for the product it serves.

### Bet Handling

* Every bet:
  * Is sent directly from the user wallet
  * Lands only in the relevant product treasury
* There is no aggregation layer or intermediate holding wallet
* Bet transactions are immediately visible on-chain

This ensures that treasury balances always reflect real exposure.

### Win Settlement

* When a win occurs:
  * The treasury sends funds directly to the winner’s wallet
* No batching
* No off-chain settlement
* No deferred payouts

This design guarantees:

* Immediate finality
* User-verifiable payouts
* No custodial risk

### Operational Control & Security

Each treasury operates under strict rules:

* Only authorized executor wallets can initiate payouts
* Treasury contracts are purpose-specific
* No treasury can spend funds belonging to another product
* Monitoring systems track:
  * Treasury balances
  * Inflow / outflow rates
  * Anomalies or unexpected movements

This creates a clean separation between game logic, execution, and fund custody.

### Transparency & User Trust

Because all treasury interactions are on-chain:

* Users can:
  * Track their bets
  * Verify payouts
  * Inspect treasury balances
* Partners can:
  * Audit product-level performance
  * Reconcile revenue independently
* PlayBlock maintains:
  * Full accountability
  * Zero hidden balance movement

### Summary

The PlayBlock Treasury Model is built on a simple but powerful principle:

This approach delivers:

* Strong isolation
* Predictable settlement
* Maximum transparency
* Scalable multi-product growth

It is a core pillar of PlayBlock’s security, reliability, and long-term sustainability.

# Token Flows

GCoin (G) is the native utility and settlement token of the PlayBlock ecosystem.\
Its flow is intentionally simple, deterministic, and fully observable on-chain.

Every movement of GCoin follows strict rules designed to ensure:

* Transparency
* Auditability
* No hidden balances
* No off-chain manipulation

This document describes how GCoin moves, who controls it, and why the model is safe by design.

### High-Level Principle

GCoin never moves implicitly.

Every GCoin transfer is:

* Initiated by a smart contract
* Executed on-chain
* Visible in the PlayBlock explorer
* Final and deterministic

There are no internal ledgers, no virtual balances, and no off-chain settlement.

### Core Actors in the GCoin Flow

GCoin moves between a small, well-defined set of actors:

1. User Wallets
2. Product Treasuries
3. System Executors (Relayers)
4. Reward Distribution Contracts
5. Liquidity & System Vaults

Each actor has a single responsibility and limited permissions.

***

### Primary GCoin Flow Paths

#### 1. User → Treasury (Spending GCoin)

This is the most common flow.

**When it happens**

* Casino bets
* Prediction bets
* Game entry fees
* Any paid interaction

**Flow**

```
User Wallet → Product Treasury
```

**Properties**

* Triggered by a smart contract call
* Funds leave the user wallet immediately
* Treasury balance increases atomically
* No intermediary custody

This ensures the system never holds user funds off-chain.

#### 2. Treasury → User (Winnings & Payouts)

When a user wins, GCoin is paid directly from the treasury.

**Flow**

```
Product Treasury → User Wallet
```

**Key properties**

* No batching delays
* No internal accounting
* One transaction per payout
* Fully traceable winner → treasury → tx hash

This guarantees that winnings are real funds, not credits.

#### 3. Rewards Distribution Flow

Rewards are distributed for:

* User registration
* Engagement actions
* Campaigns and promotions
* Gamified features (e.g. spinners, quests)

**Flow**

```
Rewards Contract → User Wallet
```

**Important**

* Rewards are minted or allocated according to predefined rules
* Distribution logic is deterministic
* Rewards never pass through operator wallets

Users can immediately verify reward transactions on-chain.

***

#### 4. System-Initiated Transfers (Executor Flow)

Certain flows are executed by authorized system executors.

Examples:

* Settling multi-step games
* Batch reward execution
* Operational transfers between vaults

**Flow**

```
Executor → Smart Contract → Target Wallet
```

**Security guarantees**

* Executors are whitelisted
* Executors never custody funds
* Contracts enforce destination and amount
* Executors cannot redirect funds

This prevents operator abuse while enabling high throughput.

#### 5. Treasury ↔ Treasury Transfers (Internal Accounting)

In some cases, funds move between treasuries:

* Product balancing
* Migration between game versions
* System-level reallocation

**Flow**

```
Treasury A → Treasury B
```

**Constraints**

* Explicit contract calls
* Logged events
* No hidden rebalancing

Every treasury remains independently auditable.

### What Never Happens (By Design)

GCoin **does not**:

* Sit in off-chain databases
* Move without a transaction
* Get “credited” without transfer
* Exist as IOUs or shadow balances
* Get settled later

When user sees a balance change there is a transaction hash behind it.

### Observability & Auditability

Every GCoin movement can be:

* Traced by wallet
* Grouped by treasury
* Replayed via event logs
* Verified via transaction receipts

This enables:

* Independent audits
* Partner verification
* User trust
* Real-time monitoring

### Why This Model Works

The GCoin flow model prioritizes:

* Determinism over convenience
* Transparency over abstraction
* On-chain truth over internal accounting

This keeps the ecosystem:

* Secure
* Scalable
* Regulator-friendly
* Partner-ready

GCoin is not just a token; it is the settlement layer of PlayBlock.

# On-Chain Transparency

A technical overview of how G Coin achieves full on-chain transparency through deterministic settlement, verifiable smart contracts, and real-time visibility via the PlayBlock Explorer.

***

#### Overview

G Coin operates under a fully on-chain, verifiable accounting model.\
All emissions, rewards, transfers, partner revenue events, and treasury movements are executed and recorded directly on PlayBlock in real time.

There are no off-chain ledgers, no hidden balances, and no discretionary accounting.\
The blockchain itself functions as the single source of truth for the entire economic system.

***

Every G Coin transaction is recorded on-chain and can be independently verified.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Token emissions&#x20;

• Gameplay rewards and mission payouts

• User-to-user transfers

• Partner revenue distribution

• Treasury movements and system allocations

All balances, state changes, and economic events are settled deterministically through smart contracts.

***

#### Full Asset Traceability

Each unit of G Coin is traceable across its complete lifecycle:

* Minting event
* Transaction history
* Recipient addresses
* Time of execution
* Final state (spent, transferred, burned, or held)

This enables continuous auditing without the need for external reconciliation, reporting delays, or manual verification processes.

***

#### Smart Contracts as Economic Governance

G Coin economics are governed programmatically through smart contracts.

Core parameters such as:

* Supply mechanics
* Emission logic
* Treasury controls
* Revenue distribution rules

are enforced by code rather than manual intervention.

This removes discretionary decision-making from economic execution and ensures predictable, rule-based behavior across the system.

***

#### PlayBlock Explorer

All on-chain activity related to G Coin is publicly accessible through the PlayBlock Explorer.

Using the explorer, any participant can inspect:

* Token minting&#x20;
* Cross-platform token flows
* Reward and mission settlement
* Partner revenue accounting
* Token transfers and smart contract activity

The explorer provides real-time visibility into system state, transactions, and historical activity.

‏→ [PlayBlock Explorer](https://explorer.playblock.io/)

***

#### Core Principle

If an economic event is not recorded on-chain, it does not exist within the Playnance system.

Transparency is enforced at the protocol level.\
The ledger is the settlement layer, and verification is continuous by design.

### Build it yourself vs. with Playnance

Launching an iGaming platform independently typically means assembling licensing, payments, compliance, and technology from separate vendors over more than a year. W3CAAS replaces that process with a single, ready-to-launch infrastructure layer.

| Category | Build it yourself | With Playnance |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ |

| **Payments**            | $50K+ and 4 months — bank accounts, PSPs, KYC, FX desks            | Built-in — crypto and fiat on/off-ramps included |
| **Compliance** | $80K+ and a dedicated legal team — MiCA, MGA, KYC/AML from scratch | MiCA-aligned compliance toolkit out of the box |

# Managed Growth Systems

W3CAAS includes the operational systems needed to acquire, engage, and retain players. \
\
These growth workflows are run by Playnance as a fully managed, continuously active layer around the gaming stack — operators don't set it up, configure it, or manage it day-to-day. It runs, it optimizes, and it performs.

{% hint style="success" %}
W3CAAS combines campaign automation, analytics, affiliate operations, and retention channels in one managed workflow — operated by Playnance, continuously optimized for player value and revenue performance.
{% endhint %}

***

#### Operational Growth Systems

<details>

<summary><strong>Marketing Automation</strong> — Campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and repeatable engagement workflows run continuously as part of the service. No manual coordination required.</summary>

The system runs continuously and adapts to what’s happening in the world. World Cup season triggers sports betting campaigns. A new game launch sends targeted messaging to the right segments. A quiet player gets a re-engagement flow — automatically.

New events generate new content. New content generates new activity. Seasonal moments, global sports events, major cultural milestones — all become campaign triggers, reaching the right players through the right channels at the right time. Operators don’t plan or send a thing.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Analytics</strong> — Performance, retention metrics, and player behavior are monitored in real time. Ongoing optimization is guided by live data, not periodic reports.</summary>

Every campaign, jackpot, and retention flow is backed by a real-time data layer tracking session behavior and player game preferences. It’s a live system that surfaces what’s working and adjusts what isn’t, continuously.

Every decision is driven by actual player behavior, not assumptions.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Affiliate Management</strong> — Partner attribution, performance tracking, and optimization are managed through a single operational view, handled by Playnance.</summary>

Every partner, tracking link, and traffic source is monitored through a single operational view. Attribution is tracked on-chain, commissions are calculated automatically, and performance data is available in real time.

</details>

#### Retention Channels

Playnance runs player communication across every key retention channel, all built in and managed as part of the service.&#x20;

{% hint style="success" %}
Telegram Messages
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
Mobile Push Notifications
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
Segmentation, scheduling, and channel mix are continuously optimized to maximize qualified traffic, repeat activity, and player lifetime value — without the operator managing a single campaign manually.
{% endhint %}

***

#### Engagement Engine

W3CAAS includes a continuously active engagement layer operated entirely by Playnance. Events, jackpots, and campaigns run on an ongoing basis to support conversion, activity, and long-term retention. \
\
The goal is simple: every player who comes to the platform is met with a reason to stay, return, and keep playing.

Campaign logic stays active at all times, with smart segmentation, channel-level optimization, and consistent delivery rules across the full player lifecycle.

**What stands out**

#### Bonuses, Covered by Playnance

Playnance covers the bonus pool across the platform’s built-in engagement features, allowing operators to offer player rewards without funding them from their own budget.

{% hint style="success" icon="gift" %}
Playnance funds the platform’s built-in bonus ecosystem — operators don’t pay for player rewards.
{% endhint %}

This includes bonuses distributed through platform-wide events and retention mechanics such as Daily Races, Jackpots, special campaigns, and other promotional features already integrated into the Playnance ecosystem.

Operators benefit from an active player engagement system while reducing promotional costs and maintaining a predictable operating model.

# Overview

W3Affiliates is Playnance’s on-chain affiliate program — next-gen affiliate marketing built for affiliates, marketers, content creators, and community builders who want to monetize traffic through a transparent, decentralized revenue-sharing model.

{% hint style="success" %}

# The W3Affiliates Advantage

Why W3Affiliates and the affiliate advantage

### Why W3Affiliates?

Traditional affiliate programs rely on centralized reporting and platform-controlled commission calculations. W3Affiliates replaces this with blockchain-based verification, giving affiliates full transparency into how commissions are calculated and settled. The result is a more open, verifiable, and predictable partnership model — built on Playnance’s on-chain infrastructure.

### Affiliate Challenges & The W3Affiliates Advantage

Traditional affiliate models often rely on centralized platforms, manual reporting, and delayed payment processes. This creates several challenges for affiliates, including limited visibility into earnings, dependency on platform decisions, and uncertainty around commission verification.

W3Affiliates addresses these challenges by leveraging Playnance’s on-chain infrastructure:

| Traditional Affiliate Challenge                             | W3Affiliates Solution                              |
| ----------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Limited visibility into commission calculations | Every commission is recorded and verified on-chain |
| Dependence on platform reports and manual tracking | Transparent blockchain-based verification |
| Waiting periods for commission payments | Daily on-chain settlements |
| Unclear payout conditions or hidden limitations | Clear and verifiable commission structure |
| Reliance on platform operators | No platform dependency for commission verification |
| Lack of transparency between traffic generation and rewards | Every eligible transaction is traceable on-chain |

By moving affiliate operations on-chain, W3Affiliates introduces a more transparent, verifiable, and efficient partnership infrastructure designed around affiliate needs.

# Built On-Chain

W3Affiliates isn’t a traditional affiliate program with a blockchain feature added on top. It is built natively on Playnance’s on-chain infrastructure — meaning every commission, every settlement, and every transaction runs through audited smart contracts on PlayBlock, Playnance’s purpose-built, gasless blockchain.

This is what makes W3Affiliates a new generation affiliate model.

**Smart Contract Automation** — Commission calculations are not managed manually or by a platform team. They are executed automatically by smart contracts, removing human error, platform bias, and delays from the process.

**Decentralized Verification** — Every eligible commission is recorded on-chain and verifiable by the affiliate independently, without relying on a platform dashboard or operator report. The blockchain is the source of truth.

**Daily On-Chain Settlement** — Commissions do not wait for monthly processing cycles or manual approvals. Eligible earnings are settled daily, directly to the affiliate’s wallet, automatically.

**Non-Custodial** — Playnance never holds affiliate earnings. Funds move directly from the platform to the affiliate’s wallet through smart contract execution.

**Gasless & Instant** — PlayBlock processes transactions with zero gas fees passed to affiliates and settlement in seconds, not days.

**Fully Audited** — The smart contracts powering W3Affiliates are audited by CertiK, the same security standard applied across the full Playnance infrastructure.

{% hint style="info" %}
In traditional affiliate marketing, trust is placed in the platform. In W3Affiliates, trust is replaced by code — transparent, immutable, and verifiable by anyone.
{% endhint %}

### One Ecosystem. Multiple Opportunities.

The Playnance ecosystem brings together multiple Web3 entertainment and engagement experiences under one unified infrastructure — including Casino, Sportsbook, Prediction Markets, and Trading.

Through W3Affiliates, partners are not limited to promoting a single product or vertical. They gain access to a growing ecosystem with multiple opportunities to engage audiences, generate traffic, and create additional revenue streams across different experiences.

By combining different verticals in one ecosystem, affiliates can reach broader audiences and maximize the value of every user they bring.

# Revenues & On-Chain Accounting

This section explains how partner revenue is generated, calculated, and paid out — fully on-chain, transparent, and automated through PlayBlock.

***

### Overview

The Playnance ecosystem uses a 100% on-chain accounting model for partner revenues. \
Every purchase, payout, and commission is recorded directly on PlayBlock, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and zero manual reconciliation.

Partners earn revenue automatically whenever users inside their portal purchase G Coin. \
All payouts are executed daily through smart contracts — no delays, no approvals, no back-office dependencies.

***

### 1. Revenue Source

Partners earn a fixed percentage of: \
**G Coin Purchases Inside Their Portal**

This includes:

* First-time purchases
* Recurring purchases
* All purchase volume attributed to the portal

**Partners do not earn from gameplay outcomes, jackpots, or missions.**\
**The revenue model is based solely on G Coin purchases.**\
\
This structure creates a clean, predictable, scalable business model for partners.

***

### 2. Automated Daily Payouts

All partner earnings are:

* Calculated automatically
* Settled through smart contracts
* Paid directly to the partner’s wallet once per day

There is no manual approval, no batching delays, and no human intervention.

Payments are:

* Instant
* Traceable
* Immutable

Partners can withdraw or track payouts at any time through PlayBlock Explorer.

***

### 3. Real-Time Accounting

Every financial action is fully transparent and verifiable:

This means:

* No spreadsheets
* No mismatches
* No trust-based reporting

If it exists, it exists on-chain.

***

### 4. How Accounting Works

The revenue model follows three steps:

1. User Purchases G Coin inside the partner’s portal
2. Smart contracts allocate the partner’s commission instantly
3. The system triggers the automatic daily payout

All three steps are logged on-chain and visible to the partner.

***

### 5. Transparency Tools

Partners can validate all economic flows through: \
\
**Partner Dashboard**\

These partners succeeded through structure, consistency, and strategic communication — not by chance.<br>

***

### 1. Consistent Community Engagement

The most successful Bosses maintained daily presence within their communities.

They posted frequently, interacted with their audience, and stayed top-of-mind.

Consistency built trust — and trust converted followers into active participants and buyers.

***

### 2. Strong Social Media Activity

Top Bosses treated their portal as a real brand:

* Frequent updates
* Clear messaging
* Educational, value-driven content
* Regular reminders and engagement touchpoints

Visibility directly influenced conversion and retention.

***

### 3. Educational Content Works Best

Partners who taught their audience how things work achieved significantly stronger performance.

They explained:

* How missions operate
* How rewards and jackpots function
* Why activity matters
* How streaks benefit users

Providing real value positioned them as leaders — and leaders convert.

***

### 4. Clear Calls to Action (CTA)

High-earning Bosses always guided their audience with actionable steps:

“Join my portal.”

“Complete today’s mission.”

“Buy before the next step increases.”

“Do not lose your daily streak.”

**Clarity drives action.**<br>

***

### 5. Momentum Compounds Over Time

The top 5 earners didn’t stop.

Daily consistency → more users → more activity → more purchases → stronger organic reach → higher daily revenue.

Their success was built, not accidental.

***

## Key Insight

Success in the Be The Boss program depends far more on consistent communication, value delivery, and community leadership than on audience size.

Partners who show up, educate, motivate, and guide their communities — repeatedly — are the ones who scale.

### 3. Distribution and Acquisition of G Coin

G Coin is issued by the Issuer and may be made available to end users through independent distributors, applications, platforms, service providers, or other distribution channels (each, where applicable, a “Distributor”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the relevant Distributor is the party responsible for the individual acquisition transaction with the end user.

The acquisition of G Coin constitutes the acquisition of a digital utility crypto-asset. The acquisition of G Coin does not, by itself, constitute the purchase of gaming services, software, subscriptions, financial services, investment products, or any particular product or service available within the Playnance ecosystem.

Acquiring G Coin does not by itself provide an entitlement to access any particular application, platform, product, or service. The use of G Coin within a particular application or service may be subject to separate terms applicable to that application or service.

The price, payment methods, fees, settlement arrangements, delivery procedures, eligibility requirements, and other commercial conditions applicable to an acquisition may be determined by or through the relevant Distributor and are subject to the Distributor's applicable terms and policies.

### 4. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You may acquire, hold, transfer, or use G Coin only where doing so is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your acquisition, holding, transfer, and use of G Coin comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

A Distributor may impose additional eligibility, identity verification, geographic, payment, or compliance requirements in connection with an acquisition of G Coin.

### 5. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions

G Coin may be held and transferred using compatible blockchain wallets and infrastructure.

The Issuer does not provide custodial wallet services and does not store or control users' private keys or seed phrases.

You are responsible for:

* selecting and maintaining a compatible wallet;
* safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials;
* verifying wallet addresses, blockchain networks, and transaction details; and
* taking reasonable measures to protect your wallet against unauthorized access.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Neither the Issuer nor Playnance can ordinarily reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction resulting from an incorrect wallet address, incompatible network, loss of wallet credentials, or other user error.

### 6. Use Through Applications and Platforms

G Coin may be supported or used through applications, platforms, interfaces, or services provided by affiliated entities or independent third parties.

The availability of G Coin within any particular application or platform does not mean that such application or platform is operated or controlled by the Issuer.

Your use of any application, platform, product, or service is subject to the terms and policies applicable to that application, platform, product, or service.

The Issuer does not guarantee that G Coin will remain supported, transferable, exchangeable, or usable through any particular third-party application or platform.

### 7. Value, Availability and Risks

G Coin has no guaranteed value, price, liquidity, transferability, or market availability.

The value attributed to G Coin may fluctuate and G Coin may lose some or all of its value.

The Issuer does not guarantee:

* any future value or appreciation of G Coin;

You should review the risk disclosures contained in the official G Coin crypto-asset white paper before acquiring or using G Coin.

### 8. Cancellations, Refunds and Statutory Rights

The cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights applicable to an acquisition of G Coin depend on the circumstances of the relevant transaction, the Distributor through which G Coin is acquired, and applicable law.

Where applicable law provides mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, reimbursement, or other consumer rights, nothing in these G Coin Terms is intended to exclude or restrict those rights.

Any request relating to cancellation, payment, or reimbursement should be submitted in accordance with the terms and procedures applicable to the relevant acquisition transaction.

### 9. Third-Party Providers

The acquisition, holding, transfer, or use of G Coin may involve independent third-party providers, including Distributors, wallet providers, blockchain infrastructure, payment providers, and other applications or technology providers.

Such providers are responsible for their own products and services and may impose their own terms, fees, eligibility requirements, compliance procedures, and restrictions.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, the Issuer does not control and is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, performance, or compliance of independent third-party products or services.

### 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Issuer nor its affiliated entities shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the acquisition, holding, transfer, or use of G Coin.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Issuer nor its affiliated entities shall be responsible for losses resulting from:

* fluctuations in the value or market availability of G Coin;
* user error or incorrect blockchain transactions;
* loss or compromise of wallet credentials;
* blockchain network failures, congestion, forks, or other technical events;

# Connection & Accounts

How users connect to the Playnance ecosystem, access their account, and interact on-chain while retaining full ownership and control.

***

### Account Access in Playnance

Playnance supports flexible connection methods designed to fit both Web2 and Web3 users.\
Users can access the ecosystem instantly without technical setup, while all activity remains securely executed on-chain.

There is no concept of a traditional centralized “account.”\
Instead, each user is connected to a blockchain-based identity through a non-custodial wallet.

***

### Supported Connection Methods

#### **Web3 Wallet Connection**

Users may connect using an existing self-custody wallet, such as:

* MetaMask
* Coinbase Wallet

This method allows direct interaction with the ecosystem using a personal wallet, without creating new credentials or sharing personal data.

***

#### **Social Login**

Users may connect using:

* Google
* Apple

When a user signs in via social login, Playnance automatically creates a non-custodial on-chain wallet linked to that identity.\
No wallet setup, seed phrase handling, or blockchain knowledge is required.

***

#### **Email Login**

Users may also connect using an email address.\
Upon first login, a non-custodial wallet is automatically generated and associated with the user.

This option is designed for users transitioning from Web2 into on-chain environments.

***

#### Non-Custodial Wallet Model

Regardless of how a user connects, Playnance operates on a non-custodial model.

Key principles:

* Wallets are created on-chain
* Private keys are owned by the user
* Playnance does not store or control user funds
* Assets can be withdrawn or managed at any time

This ensures full ownership without sacrificing usability.

***

#### One Identity Across the Ecosystem

Each user maintains a single on-chain identity **per login method** that:

* Persists across sessions
* Works across platforms powered by Playnance
* Records activity, rewards, and progress transparently

Users can later connect or migrate to a traditional Web3 wallet without losing access to assets or history.

***

#### ‏Login Methods & Wallet Identity

‏Each login method is treated as a separate identity and creates its own wallet the first time it is used.

‏If a user signs in with Google, the same wallet is reused every time Google is used.\
‏If the user later signs in using email, Apple, or another method, a different wallet is created.

**‏To access the same wallet and balance, users must always use the same login method they originally chose.**

{% hint style="info" %}
**‏Tip: Always use the same login method to access the same wallet and account.**
{% endhint %}

***

#### Security & Transparency

All connection flows are designed to:

* Prevent custody risk
* Eliminate centralized fund control
* Ensure on-chain verification of activity
* Maintain privacy and user autonomy

# Wallet & Account Model

***

### Overview

Playnance is built around a simple principle:

every user who enters the ecosystem receives a personal, non-custodial on-chain wallet.

There is no traditional centralized account.

Instead, each user interacts with the ecosystem through a blockchain-based identity that guarantees ownership, transparency, and control.

***

### Personal Non-Custodial Wallet

When a user joins Playnance for the first time, the system automatically creates a personal non-custodial wallet.

This wallet is:

* Fully on-chain
* Owned exclusively by the user
* Not controlled or held by Playnance
* Used across all Playnance-powered platforms
* The single source of truth for balances, rewards, and activity

Playnance never stores private keys and never has access to user funds.

***

### One Wallet Across the Ecosystem

Each wallet works across the entire Playnance ecosystem.

This means:

* The same wallet is used on all supported platforms
* Balances, rewards, progress, and history stay synchronized
* Activity is recorded transparently on-chain
* Users do not need to move or bridge assets between platforms

From the user’s perspective, the ecosystem behaves as one unified system.

***

### Login Method & Wallet Identity

The wallet is linked to the login method chosen at first entry.

* If a user signs in with Google, that Google login is always linked to the same wallet
* If the same user later signs in with Apple or email, a new wallet is created
* Each login method represents a separate on-chain identity

To access the same wallet and balance, users must always use the same login method.

{% hint style="info" %}
Tip: Always use the same login method to access the same wallet and account.
{% endhint %}

***

### Supported Connection Methods

Users can connect using:

* Web3 wallets (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet)
* Social login (Google, Apple)
* Email login

Regardless of the method, the result is the same:

a personal, non-custodial on-chain wallet is created and used.

***

### Full Transparency & Explorer Access

All wallet activity is fully transparent.

Users can view and verify every transaction associated with their wallet, including:

* Gameplay rewards
* Mission and streak rewards
* Token transfers
* Deposits and withdrawals
* System rewards and grants

All activity can be verified directly through the PlayBlock Explorer.

***

### Security & Ownership

The wallet model ensures:

* No custodial risk
* No centralized fund control
* On-chain verification of all activity
* Full user autonomy at all times

Users remain in control of their assets from the first interaction onward.

# Playnance Pitch Deck

An overview of the Playnance infrastructure, ecosystem architecture, and economic model, presenting the core technology, on-chain transparency, and scalability principles behind the platform.

***

### **Introduction**

Playnance is a modular blockchain infrastructure designed to support high-frequency, real-time entertainment systems at scale, with transparent on-chain execution and settlement at its core.

The platform combines on-chain execution, unified settlement, and a programmable economic layer to power consumer applications and multiple participation models across gaming, betting, trading, prediction markets, and interactive entertainment.

***

### **Infrastructure Overview**

At its core, Playnance delivers a full-stack blockchain infrastructure optimized for continuous, real-time activity.<br>

The system is built to support:

* High transaction throughput
* Gas-abstracted user experiences
* Programmatic economic flows
* Transparent, on-chain settlement

All components operate natively on PlayBlock, Playnance’s purpose-built Layer-3 blockchain.

***

### High-Level System Composition

Playnance is built as a unified on-chain system composed of three core layers that operate together as a single production-grade economy.<br>

**1. PlayBlock - Blockchain Execution Layer**

A purpose-built Layer-3 blockchain designed for high-frequency, real-time entertainment workloads.\
PlayBlock is responsible for transaction execution, deterministic settlement, gas abstraction, and full on-chain transparency across the ecosystem.<br>

**2. G Coin - Economic & Settlement Layer**

The unified utility token governing all economic activity across Playnance.\
G Coin powers rewards, fees, partner revenue flows, treasury logic, and incentive mechanisms, all executed programmatically through smart contracts on PlayBlock.<br>

**3. Platforms & Participation Models - Product Layer**

Consumer platforms and partner participation models built on top of the shared execution and economic infrastructure. This includes live platforms as well as multiple partner models, all operating with unified settlement, accounting, and liquidity.

\
Together, these layers form a composable, scalable, and transparent foundation for real-time on-chain entertainment.

***

### **Token Economy**

Playnance operates a dual-token model designed for operational efficiency, transparent settlement, and controlled supply dynamics.<br>

**G Coin (Utility & Economic Token)**\
The primary utility token governing gameplay rewards, partner revenue distribution, treasury flows, and ecosystem incentives.\
G Coin operates under a fixed-supply model and is used across all platforms and participation models.<br>

**Circulating Supply Management**\
Circulating supply is managed through **time-based token locking mechanisms**, rather than permanent token burning:<br>

* Tokens lost through gameplay are locked and removed from active circulation for a defined period, then released based on the original loss date.
* Unsold tokens at the Token Generation Event (TGE) are subject to a 12-month cliff followed by 24-month linear vesting.
* All locking and release events are executed programmatically through smart contracts on PlayBlock and are fully verifiable on-chain.<br>

**PBG (PlayBlock Gas Token)**\
The operational gas token used for transaction execution on PlayBlock.\
PBG is abstracted from end users through gasless mechanics, enabling seamless interaction without wallet or gas management.<br>

Together, these tokens enable a scalable, transparent, and programmable economic system with controlled circulation and predictable supply behavior.

***

### G Coin Economic Magic Loop

A closed, usage-driven economic system, powered by real activity, not market speculation.

<mark style="background-color:green;">More Players → More Activity → Higher G Coin Demand → Reduced Circulating Supply → Stronger G Coin Value → More Buyers → Deeper Liquidity → Greater Trust → More Players</mark>

This magic loop ensures that growth is generated from within the Playnance ecosystem itself.

Value strengthens through participation, utility, and demand, creating a stable, self-sustaining on-chain economy that is resilient to external market cycles.

***

### **Live Platforms**

The Playnance infrastructure is actively used in production environments, including:

* PlayW3 - a social gaming and prediction platform
* PlayQuack - a real-time, swipe-based social gaming experience
* Sharker - market-driven entertainment and AI-prediction mechanics<br>

These platforms validate:

* Network performance under live load
* Real-time settlement reliability
* Economic flow execution at scale

***

### **Network Scale & Performance**

PlayBlock is engineered to support enterprise-grade throughput and continuous activity.

Key characteristics include:

* Up to 40,000 transactions per second
* Instant finality for gameplay and market actions
* Gasless user experience through PBG abstraction
* Deterministic execution for economic events

This architecture enables mass adoption without compromising transparency or control.

***

### **Partnership Models**

Playnance supports multiple participation models built on the same infrastructure:

* Be The Boss - Partner-operated web3 social gaming portals
* White Label Platforms - Fully branded enterprise deployments
* Affiliate Programs - Integrated referral and revenue attribution

Each model shares the same execution, settlement, and economic foundation.\
Detailed specifications are available in their respective documentation sections.

***

### **Vision & Direction**

Playnance is building infrastructure for the next generation of on-chain entertainment - where scale, transparency, real-time interaction, and predictable economic behavior coexist without technical friction.

The system is designed to support continuous expansion across platforms, partners, and markets while maintaining a unified execution layer and time-based economic controls aligned with long-term ecosystem stability.

All components are anchored on PlayBlock as the unified execution and verification layer.
