By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. *** #### 1. Introduction & Scope Welcome to playnance.com (the "**Website**"). These Terms of Use ("**Terms**") govern your access to and use of the Website, the Playnance GitBook and the informational content made available through them. Any acquisition of G Coin is subject to the applicable G Coin Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, the terms of the relevant third-party provider. G Coin – Utility & Nature G Coin is a crypto-asset designed and issued as a utility token for use within the Playnance ecosystem. G Coin is intended to enable access to, interaction with, and use of ecosystem-related products, services, features, and functionality. G Coin does not represent equity, ownership, governance, membership, or voting rights in Playnance or any affiliated entity and does not confer any right to dividends, profit-sharing, revenue sharing, or other financial returns. G Coin is intended for utility purposes and is not offered or marketed as an investment product. **The G Coin crypto-asset white paper has been notified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets ("MiCA") through the competent authority of Estonia.** Further information regarding G Coin, including its characteristics, risks, acquisition and applicable conditions, is available in the official G Coin crypto-asset white paper and the applicable G Coin Terms & Conditions. *** #### 5. Third-Party Applications & Services The Website may contain links to, integrate with, or otherwise provide access to applications, platforms, interfaces, products, services, or functionality provided by affiliated entities or independent third parties. Such applications, platforms, products, or services may facilitate, among other things, the use, distribution, transfer, exchange, accessibility, or functionality of G Coin or other components of the Playnance ecosystem. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Playnance does not own, operate, control, supervise, or endorse any applications, platforms, products, or services provided by independent third parties. Each provider is solely responsible for its own applications, products, services, operations, compliance, licensing (where applicable), contractual obligations, and interactions with its users. Your access to and use of any such applications, platforms, products, or services is governed exclusively by the applicable terms, conditions, privacy policies, and other documentation of the relevant provider.
