The G Coin crypto-asset white paper has been notified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets (“**MiCA**”) through the competent authority of Estonia. The notification enables the G Coin crypto-asset white paper to be made available in accordance with the applicable MiCA framework. Notification of the crypto-asset white paper does not constitute approval or endorsement of G Coin, the Issuer, or the contents of the white paper by the competent authority.
